They are very knowledge and honest could have fixed the phone and charged me 200-300 but instead he was got me a better phone with more memory for same price these guys have been around for 7 plus years and really know their stuff. I truly love this place I went in with a cracked screen and needed fixed immediately as my fingers kept getting cut by glass. I have a note 5 and i dropped it and the screen went black, we dropped it off with Kevin, and he said he can fix it to look like brand new as my phone already had numerous cracks, the good thing he said that if he wasn't able to fix it, he wouldn't charge me so that was cool. The price was a little high but unfortunately I didn't have insurance so I needed to fix it, 350 to completely fix my phone brand new. The screen went black, I couldn't do anything, the camera lens was cracked and multiple other cracks on the phone as well. So we dropped it off Christmas Eve which was already a bad time since its the holidays. That was Saturday, Kevin said the phone would be ready by Tuesday or Wednesday, he said most likely Wednesday. We call Wednesday, no answer, no call back, so my husband stops by and they say they are still waiting on parts, that it will be ready on Friday. Friday comes around, I call no answer and no call back, so I show up at their little hut and a guy says Kevin isn't there etc. so at this point I am annoyed, I demand to know why they keep changing dates etc, the guy says he will contact Kevin ASAP and sure enough the next day Kevin contacts me and says my phone is ready. My phone is flawless and is working great, he added a free screen protector and apologized for the troubles. read more

Worst place ever in the entire history of my life. This fuckin place is shitty. Wish I could 0 stars if could I would. First of all it couldn't fix my iPhone 6 plus which got wet and fell in the toilet,next it was unable to fix my Samsung Galaxy tablet 3 he fixed twice and it wasn't wprking,then I gave them my Samsung galaxy J3 and they fixed and 2 days later it wasn't working I took it with him he wanted to charge me $80 for a phone he didn't fix !! Kevin Jali is the worst. He can't even tell you the right date to when your phone gets ready he just keep telling me that 2 to 3 days and he lasted a month telling me that. Unbelievable !!
