She loudly used profanity What was most concerning is that the administrator was present and did nothing to correct or address the behavior. In a healthcare setting, especially one caring for vulnerable memory care residents, professionalism, respect, and accountability are essential. Unfortunately, none of that was demonstrated. This experience raised serious concerns about staff culture, leadership, and how issues are handled internally. Based on what I witnessed, I would not recommend this facility and will not be returning.

The grounds are well kept and everyone from the landscapers, the cleaners, to the medical personnel walking to and from are always so pleasant. They, as well as other residents, always seem to take a moment and give a friendly hello. From what I hear, the services provided by the Gardens fit the desires of our friends who reside here. Another wonderful plus is that the Gardens is a pet friendly community! It is certainly one of the friendliest, loveliest, all-inclusive retirement communities I have visited and they truly deserve their top ratings.

In the case of Oakmount of San Antonio Heights. We did the tour that really brought the Staff, Patients and facility into a light of excellence. The treatment that my Brother is receiving is far superior than the homes he was at. When he pushes his alarm they are there with smiles and concern in a way unmatched by other homes. The communication and knowledge of the staff from the receptionist, environmental Sys, Nurses, Kitchen staff, Grounds Keepers, and especially there highly qualified Maintenance staff who are incredibly prompt as was the case with Eric. We had just started moving in and i was extremely busy coordinating the move, when this young man offered to assist me with a TV that was coming the next day. And to my amazement he was there and had it hung in record time. Now i am a retired Engineer from three different hospitals and we couldn't have done that. In particular, I want to mention Christina, the Executive Director, Sam and Josie, a couple of very sweet staff members who always took the time to make sure my grandpa had enough to eat, and Mauricio, the very kind and caring maintenance director who was always willing to lend a helping hand. Christina also consistently went above and beyond, including helping us secure an adjustable hospital bed for my grandpa and visiting him several times in his final days to express her genuine sadness. The facility is well-maintained and well-run, and I would recommend it to anyone seeking quality senior care.

Claremont Manor is a special place which has the benefit of providing almost every kind of senior care & housing you could imagine. It is staffed by administrators who are friendly, caring and approachable. They and the auxiliary staff make our stay here happy and enjoyable. So much so that they made us feel more like friends than residents. They passed away afterwards at Cedar hospital because his doctor said he wasn't going to care he needed at this place to be beware beware I even followed discrepancy against the California medical Association, so please take your love runs away from here and never had a real doctor on premises. They had a call one in and all they did set the front desk and never gave his messes on time and let him just lay there in his filth. I'm ashamed of myself. That's why I'm so happy he got to go to Cedar Sinai. They gave him white glove treatment the end where he passed away.
