From size all the way down to the smallest details, Miriam disclosed information about how certain designs or details I wanted would change the presentation of the cake, and made sure I was delightlfuly satisfied with what would be the result. She broke down every last detail including how the icing would likely stain our mouths and very nicely reassured me that it would rise right off with water swishes.
