The place is clean and the people are friendly. They really do a great job on my pedicure, manicure and dip powder. My biggest issue is appointments. Twice I've made an appointment with Bella, who by the way is great, when I get there on time Bella has a person at her table. The first time I had to wait 45 minutes and the second time they wanted me to come back in an hour or wait. I couldn't wait because I had other appointments. There shouldn't have been anyone at her table when I had a set an appointment that I made the day before. Very disappointing. read more

The one nail technician burned my friend and drilled her nails so thin. You can see that the pinky nail was completely fine with the polish being removed. All of a sudden she started to use the drill and completely drill her acrylic nail off because "they put the glitter inside of the acrylic" which didn't make sense because again the pinky nail is completely fine. I DO NOT recommend this! The owner did nothing to help and proceeded to tell my friend "you need a new set" and cut off all of the tips of her nails. Her set was not even 2 weeks old. read more

My nails were left with what looks like a dirty crack in the sides of a couple nails. I got a fill in and you can see the separation of the fill in from my previous nails, they are different colors. For a fill in and 2 nail repairs (adding tips on 2) it was $75! One of my nails popped off after a week, I went back to get it fixed no charge but they did the pink gel in that nail a different shade than the rest. Went to get a pedicure and fill-in. They did the pedicure which was beautiful and the reasoning for the two-star review. The lady who did my pedicure told me to sit down and that someone would be with me shortly. I watched two people walk in after me and have their nails started on while I was still sitting there. Eventually, I got up and walked out without getting my nails done. I do not appreciate this type of service espically since times are hard and I finally decided I wanted to treat myself. The services were good. My complaint is toward administration. So they want to charge you an extra $ 5.00 dollars to use a credit card. If you don't want to pay that fee, they sent you to an ATM machine that charges you $ 2.50 instead, that's located right across their counter. So just for using your credit card they want to charge you more, which would have been ok if they tell you in advance before using the services because then I have a choice, but they don't. So, adding reviews is something I rarely do, but I thought I should leave this review for anyone else who utilizes yelp as much as I do. So Cindy did my gel manicure. It took over an hour, so plan accordingly. She polished my nails with 3 coats of polish, plus the base and topcoat. There is polish all over my cuticles and finger tips. My nails are all different shapes and lumpy. I was also charged a $3.00 service fee for using a credit card. I didn't see any signage warning of the fee. On a positive note, the place was clean and all were very nice. They also gave me a coupon for a pedicure as I was supposed to have one, but I ran out of time. Overpriced for something so simple as French gel pedicure and tips + dip powder manicure. Long wait was in there for 4 hrs for them to do a horrible job. My pedicure was rushed I didn't get to experience the full service they usually give. Nails dip powder are too thick and French gel paint job really messy looking and chipped same day hours later. Now i have no issues with the staff but I don't appreciate how rushed they were when i waited so patiently for them to get to me. I don't like to do this review but I am very disappointed I spent 120$ + 12$ tip cause i tip regardless of service for a terrible outcome. read more

The guy who did my pedicure was so kind, but it was extremely rushed. I kid you not, I sat on the chair at 1:20 and was done by 1:40. Hands down best nail Salon in the Poconos! Super clean and new and with great technicians ! My daughter had a gel mani and pedi and I had a regular manicure . They were friendly, went above and beyond customer service! My nail polish lasted me two weeks and my nails still look good and I am really hard on my nails. They offer lashes, waxing and massage and facial as well. Prices are affordable!! I hear many of you all complaining that your favorite nail salon isn't as good as it used to be... I've gotten my nails done a few times here. Pros: friendly staff, clean place, take walk ins, no long waits, good at powder polish, prices are on par with other local salons. Cons; nickel and dime for everything. Pay extra for longer lengths, pay extra to use credit card, pay extra for multi color. They don't seem to do well with gel extensions looks very messy. Gel polish peals off quickly. If you are going to go for a basic pedicure or powder dip polish, short length on fingers and pay cash you will be happy. I've been going here for quite some time and have also recommended many friends and family here because loved the atmosphere and people. Lately, over the past few months, the vibe has surely changed a lot. I've been making sure to make appointments because usually with an appointment you're not suppose to wait. Usually, I said. With that being said? How come the last 2xs prior to todays visit, I have made an appt and winded up overall taking close to 3 hours because I had to wait for others. If you make appts, you don't overlap your appts like that to make others wait. On top of already paying more for simple things, those visits were strike1 & 2 and I made it vocal not happy with the experience lately and all the owner could say was "sorry and we will make it right the next time!" I said I hope so, because 3 strikes and I'm done. Low and behold todays visit. I made an appointment for my nails and eyebrows for me and my daughter. I get there and the salon is packed! Yumi said 'you called for appt, right?' I said that's me. So after waiting 15 mins, owner finally comes over and says one girl is going to start wrapping my nails. In doing so, she then did our eyebrows, and then walked away and just left me there. A couple walked in a few minutes later for pedicure (with NO appt) and she left me and decided to start taking care of them. Normally I keep my composure but lately with them, enough is enough. I guess I didn't rate in order of importance and got pushed to the side, as they proceeded to work on two new clients that walked into the building. So I asked Yumi how long I have to wait and she couldn't answer me. So owner said when she was done doing a set of tips for 1 of 3 clients she will start with me again. I said that's not right. Why am I waiting when I had appt. That I have less than an hour and had to go. She said if I can wait for Yumi to finish, she will continue with me. How much longer was I waiting again? She just started her person 10 minutes prior. So the owner said come back. I said I can't, as they close at 5 and my daughter had a sports event. She said it's ok, I stay open later. I said I can't. She said come back tomorrow, and again I said I can't because of work. She said well you have to wait or just get your nails off and that's it. So I said please just take it off and I'm done. That was their 3rd strike!!! Sad, as I have been going there awhile. She literally had me walk out before I finished getting anything done or they can do a good job of cleaning the gel off my nails. I guess my $ is worth something somewhere else. I will take me and my referrals elsewhere. Sorry community, but unless you are nasty to them, you are no one to them. They usually respond better to those who talk down on them. I enjoyed my time there, but u less you want a pedicure, you will WAIT!! So sad but true read more

I was charged $68 for a fillin of gel nails when on the menu it says 30 for a fill. I also got a cut and a nail fix which should have been a total of $8 extra So I'm confused of where the extra $30 came from. I was in a hurry so I didn't have time since it took an hour and 45 minutes just to fill in my nails. I asked for a French and I got a line across my nail. The woman originally who I believe was the owner was rude, cut my nails off all different sizes then was asking who did my nails at her salon originally *ive never been here*. She wanted to redo all my nails to "her way" I said no please just do the fill. My nails are off shape and different sizes, have extra acrylic under my nail which is uncomfortable. Now I have to go pay more money to get this mess fixed. It looks like I went to cvs and got press on nails. My one nail broke and instead of putting a new nail on, they added gel to my nail making it shorter and I hate the way it feels like it's going to break. read more

I wanted to get my toes done since I haven't had a pedicure in a long time. They were not busy so I thought I would give them a shot. I went and got a manicure when they first opened and they were ok. My toenails did not turn out well. They go through the motions so fast with the pedicure. They barely scrubbed my feet and try to pressure me into getting additional services when all I wanted was a basic one. The women I had then proceeded to put lotion on my wet legs and feet and then rinse them. When it came to painting my toes, it was like a race. They barely waited for each coat to dry. They did not last long, maybe a little longer than a week. When I've been to other places they stay nice for months. They also charge too much for the quality of their service.
