She did my nails so beautifully even though i was scared at first about the short length i picked, she reassured me and made them absolutely stunning. she is so sweet and kind on top of that. I was absolutely disappointed. Although people go on and on about how great this place is I found it mediocre at best. I got a full set and I will not even start to say how rough they were with my hands. They did not take care of my nail at all before laying down the acrylics. I tried to show the woman a picture of what I wanted and she told me to show her later and then when I did show her she then told me she couldn't do it. ( my regular nail place had no issue with it though?) I was not even given an opportunity to pick out something new before she started just putting blue on my fingernails and it was anything but the shade I originally asked for. I was also handed off between a guy and a girl who seemed to be tag teeming each other? One would do one hand while the other just stood around. Horrible customer service! My nails were taken care of by the asian lady at the place. She was very unpleasant, did my nails with the least care possible, leaving lumps at the bottom of nails close to the cuticles. When ibtold her about it she said it was the color (which is impossible). When told her again she deny seeing anything wrong. At the moment of paying I told her that maybe next time she could smooth the bottom and she said "You could go to another place". If you want a better customer service at Regal get your nails done by the Asian man or the Hispanic women...DO NOT let your nails be touch by the Asian lady! read more

Went to get my nails done on Sunday had to go back three days later cause two nails popped off and when I asked to get a refund the guy was very rude and turned around and basically said no refund but he could redo the nails that popped off. While redoing the nails that popped off he was sitting there being very rude and calling me disrespectful and basically saying I hurt his feelings while I was expressing my feelings about the nails I payed 70 dollars for and didn't even get what I payed for. Also I was on the phone talking about my nails and he basically told me to shut up or he won't do my nails. Very disrespectful and unprofessional I would not recommend no one to this nail salon. Man couldn't even except the fact that he was wrong and over charged me for nails that didn't look like what I asked for and didn't even have the audacity to apologize but instead ridicule me for stating how I felt. read more

They are always rushing. My nails came out sooooo sloppy and ugly. The polish had bubbles in every fingernail. The ombré was disgustingly sloppy. Asked for coffin they were just square and big. The acrylic was lumpy and uneven. After I left here I immediately went to another nail salon to have them fix all Regal nails mistakes. I won't be coming here any more. I'm surprised they are still in business. I think a call to the owner needs to be made. read more

Worst salon I've ever been in. Very unprofessional. Went for a color change, they didn't remove the layer of polish I already had on but for some reason still filed my nails just making them uneven. I wasted an hour and half and $33. But don't worry my nail tech had a great time when she finished my terrible paint job to take a nap in the office. read more

Every time I come to this salon they SLAY my nails omg they take care of you as if they have known you all their lives, they are really genuine people and not only in it for the money you feel really appreciated when you come here.
