Always pleasant and on time. I have scar tissue in my veins which can make blood draws horrible with large hematomas. At Labcorp, they never give me a hematoma. Only place I will go as phlebatomist never has to try twice and makes it as pain free as possible. read more

Second time getting labs done-- last year with an appointment and this week as a walk-in. This LabCorp is nothing fancy or extraordinary (the building and waiting area look quite drab) but with its easy check-in process, polite staff, and free parking, I'll choose to drive a little further to get my labs drawn here. I wasn't sure if I could get my labs drawn since I didn't make an appointment, but I was happily surprised when they asked me to walk in after checking in. Bring a paper copy of your lab orders, your insurance card, and driver's license for a smooth check-in via an automated kiosk! They emailed the results to me the next day. Wow! After reading some of the reviews, I just wanted to share my experience at this location. I had to do a employment drug screening. I had book an appointment but arrived earlier than my scheduled appointment. The receptionist asked for my information and informed me to check in on a kiosk and to fill out this little slip. The process literally took 7 minutes, if that. the receptionist told me to tell her when I was ready and showed me how much urine I needed to produce. I drank about 2 cups of water and told her I was ready. Literally seconds later, I was called to the back to do the screening. I was in and out in about 15 minutes. read more

Was sent away from Labcorp by Miguel because I did not have a hand copy of my labs. I have been to Labcorp several times and never had an issue before. Did not offer to reach out to the office for a fax of lab slip . Now I have to get access to a printer just to come back. Very inconvenient. read more

1. The woman at the front desk has very patiently gone way out of her way for me when I brought in 2 very lengthy lab requests. She went through each item on both requests so that I would not get blood drawn twice for the same thing. She saved me money and acted like it was no bother at all (even though it took a lot of time and detailed attention). 2. Every time I've been here my technician was very professional and highly skilled. And all of them have been friendly and thoughtful. 3. Today it was Tony who drew my blood. I could not even feel a thing when he stuck me!!!! I have been stuck with a needle many times, but never have I not felt it. He is extraordinarily good at what he does. read more

I don't understand the negative reviews I see here. I have routine blood and urine tests here every few months. The facility runs efficiently and all personnel have been courteous and professional. I'm usually in and out in 30 minutes. The only negative experience I have had is with customers who remove their masks to talk loudly on their telephones. This is the worst Labcorp ever! They have a non-working phone number, so you can never call to ask a simple question or schedule an appt- you have to drive up there SMH. Then the staff is unfriendly, not helpful at all, and very short with everyone (like they don't want to be bothered at all). I had to come here twice and I will never use this location again. They need to go back to the drawing board and shut this location down. read more

This place is awful, and so poorly run. Ask your doctor if there is anywhere else you can do your lab work. I just left this location after being told I could walk in without any problems. I should have left when I walked in and saw that the waiting room was so crowded that all the FLOOR SPACE was taken up with people sitting. I wasted nearly two hours there, and only three people were called into the office during that time. I left after the guy next to me said he actually made an appointment and still had to wait an hour. I tried to call for appointment times after I left and they didn't even pick up the phone. Currently trying to see if I have any other options since this company doesn't deserve anyone's business. EDIT: I've been told that it's actually the insurance company that determines which lab you're sent to, unfortunately, so no choice but to return. read more

The one store is for Tony. Miguel there is outstanding, and I cannot recommend him enough. Miguel stuck me in one try painlessly and got all the blood so quickly. Tony stuck me on my foraram such that my arm hurts hours later. He could not draw the blood no matter where he stuck me. He also has a bad attitude. Never apologized. He is just not skilled. No one's arm should hurt this bad hours later! read more

But I went into this place on a Tuesday morning about 10:00 very last minute with no appointment not only was I in an out in about 30-40 minutes but the staff was extremely friendly and nice! I have read the previous reviews and was expecting the worst when I arrived but it was the total opposite! The phlebotomist Tony was AMAZING!! I had previously been stuck 5 times for some routine blood work and I'm not a hard stick at all and he got it on the first try!! I think maybe some of these reviews are for the wrong location... I went in for a preemployment drug test expecting to have a horrific experience, and it was the total opposite. I was in and out within 20 minutes, they were very organized and all staff members were very pleasant. You can check in from your car, too, which makes it super convenient. read more

Needed a drug test and got seen as a walk in. It was my first time here. The lady at the front desk had bad customer service. Didn't make me feel welcome at all. Once I got seen by the nurse that performed my test the visit went great! She was nice and even gave me tips and great advice for my clinicals. I was in and out within half an hour. read more

Very rude at reception. While looking down she mumbled "help you" I asked a question at which point she laughed and mumbled something else all while looking down at some papers. VERY RUDE LAB TECHNICIAN/ PHLEBOTOMIST (the black,approx. 300 lbs lab staff, yes you!!!) I had no problem with her drawing blood from my daughter but the way she talked to my other child was just plain rude and horrible!!! You do not yell nor point your finger to a 4 y.o. child who was just standing on the chair in the waiting area! You could have approached me instead or u could have talked to him like how a normal adult talks to a child. He was standing in there for a couple of seconds only because i would have told him to sit down had i not been busy attending to my other baby. Even i got scared when you yelled! I am a nurse and i know how tiring it gets at the end of the day, but it never ever justifies us yelling at our patients! read more

Take the number of people in front of you and multiply by fifteen, that's how many minutes you will wait. It is understaffed to the point that I was badly bruised drawing labs because the technician was rushed and distracted. You would think that LabCorp would have this down by now. Awesome service! Despite only one staff member at 8am and 4 patients, I was seen and out within 20 minutes. The phlebotomist drew my blood on her first try and had good bedside manner. The only reason I'm not giving this a 5 stars is because two people should have been staffed as I know how fast these places can back up. read more
