if i could give this place zero stars i would. if you're a person of color, i wouldn't go here for any testing. they deliberately are harder and more rude towards us because they don't want us in winning positions. i had GIRON racist butt. these people denied my urine that was for a new job because it was "too warm"... like huh???? then i told her i will retake the test but she lied and said i had to wait 5 hours to retake it and i had work 2 hours later so therefore she made me forfeit the rest and sent back failing results to the job that was going to hire me after approving me. read more

Lots of tests including, but not limited to allergies, STDs, testosterone level, cholesterol, DNA, drug testing, and just a plethora of other tests. They also offer B-12 shots. The prices for the tests are very reasonable considering that you don't need insurance to come here. You don't need an appointment for any testing. Just walk in and tell them what you want to get done, and they will collect your samples. 15 minutes in and out (unless there are tons of people there, which usually is not the case.) They don't do the tests on site. So they will take your blood/urine/whatever and then send it off to a lab for testing. After about two or three business days, they'll call you and tell you that the results are ready so you can come back in and pick up the results. If you're coming here, check Yelp for any special offers or check-in offers. They have those every once in a while to save you some extra money. I'm definitely coming back in the future. read more

The staff and flabotomus were well mannered and answered questions. They were both patient and worked well. I give two stars because: This location advertised on Yelp, as of December 7,2018, today a 10 dollar off coupon for early checkin. When I arrived and sought to use the coupon, this location would not honor their advertisement posted via Yelp. I was told it is honored, only if the customer's test originally costs 49$ or more. I looked at other Any Labs locations on Yelp, and they had the advertisement SHOWING 49$ and up for the 10$ off coupon. This location did not. The customer should not pay for this mistake. Becuse there was not another location nearby, I paid full price. I was not able to use the 10$ coupon advertised. Perhaps not purposeful, but effectively, a "Bait and switch" and poor business practice. *Correct your coupon on Yelp to reflect that a customer can only use the 10$ coupon for tests that are over 49$. Otherwise, you should honor what you are currently advertising. read more

This place is HORRIBLE. They get your results back from the lab but it takes them several days to contact you to give you the results. You PAY for the test, they take your BLOOD, they send the samples out to the lab and when the results come back they SIT ON THEM - NOT CONTACTING YOU WITH YOUR RESULTS. I have called every time I have had tests done and have to ask for results. They have your email but they don't send them automatically.. or they wait until all tests come back "so we don't have to send individual emails..." THIS IS CRAZY. If you get the tests done it's because you need or want the results but they have no sense of urgency about getting the results to you at all. They do not care. I had a manager John argue with me on the phone, and he finally just hung up on me. ALL I WANTED WAS MY RESULTS. I have been in several times and they have my phone number, my email info from EVERY SINGLE TIME I'VE BEEN IN.. but they don't forward the results.. sometimes it has been over 5 days that the results were in their possession and I still haven't been given them. This is NOT professional. This is NOT customer service. This is NOT what you pay for. I say do NOT use this business.. at all.. ever.. period. Plus, once a woman took blood from some very strange and odd vein in my arm when the usual vein was HUGE and visible.. she poked me and hurt me and it was sore for DAYS... not sure why that happened. This place is pitiful. They have the rudest and most unprofessional people working there. The woman at the front counter did not even look up or acknowledge me after walking in the door, or stepping up to the front counter. There was not one other customer in there. If they don't care enough to speak to you or ask if they can help you, do you really think they should be stabbing a needle into an artery to take your blood? I think not. I have been here before and experienced slow return times on tests.. and when you get the test the results are dated and that indicated my results were sitting around somewhere for several days while I waited to know my numbers. AVOID THIS LAB!!! The Any Lab Now on Westheimer Road lacks professionalism and competency! If I could give this lab a zero, I would! I didn't get test results in the 48-72 hour window as promised because the representative made an error in my email address. Obviously, the staff made no effort to contact me to get a correct email address so that they could forward the test results. Also, the lab failed to provide results on two tests I paid for!! One was a Vitamin D test that cost $125. I called and left four - that's 4 - voicemails (two on a Friday and then two on the following Tuesday) to inquire about results. When none of my calls were returned, I went into the lab Tuesday afternoon (which was eight days later) to check on the situation. When I told the representative that I had left four voicemail messages, her reply was that she had had a busy morning and that it was now lunch time!! Lunch time!! Really?? There were two lab workers, but there was no time to check on voicemail messages! I guess lunch time trumps customer service!! No apology!! No attempt to make amends!! No courtesy!! It was lunch time!!! First-time AND last-time customers!!! read more

I just fasted since 12 PM last night because thats what I was told to do over the phone when I made my appointment (this is also what my doctor had said). I show up for my appointment at 9 AM and no one was there. It wasnt until 9:15 that she showed up. I walked in and she says, "I haven't even turned the lights on," like I was the one doing something wrong. I just explained to her that I had a 9:00 appointment for a glucose test and was starving. She took my voucher and 10 minutes later explained to me that I didnt need to fast and they dont give the drink for the test there, they just do the blood work. There was zero point to saying that other than to let me know it wasnt her fault that I hadnt eaten (even though over the phone the any lab now people told me to fast and said nothing about not providing the drink for the test). Basically that was the most unprofessional experience I had ever dealt with and I will never recommend or use this clinic EVER. I got an apology for the fasting miscommunication (thank you) but there was nothing said about being late other then making me feel like I was in the wrong for being there, period. Needless to say, I left. P.s. They basically bride you for good reviews (for a vitamin B shot). read more
