I got there right at 8:10 so that I wouldn't have to wait long, there was no one at reception-- Just a clipboard and a technician had to tell me to go into the little office to sign in because he noticed there wasn't anyone in there to help me. Then when the receptionist rolled in at around at 8:30, then the line started moving fast. Bad office assistance, however the lab techs were awesome. By the way, it's inside a multi-story building that smells like dirty armpits and you have to pay for parking if you want to park on their lot. Tried calling to ask a few questions. Would have taken about 15 seconds to get them answered. Instead, I get a tape answering questions I didn't have and prompting me to wait on the line to speak to a representative. After a full TWO minutes the tape announced that nobody is available at the moment and to call again later. Aaaargh! Who comes up with this kind of procedure? It is the most annoying and rude way to deal with potential costumers. When I have the choice I refuse to take my business to companies that don't have a real person pick up the phone. read more

Alert: Parking Lot is PAY FIRST. Pay machine is located before you enter the building. First 20 mins are free. Lab was efficient and proficient. You register at "tablets " set up adjacent to reception area. Tablet scans your drivers license and medical card. Didn't have to wait too long. Phlebotomist was gentle. read more

Nice clean lab covered by medical insurance. Walked in wrote down my name on a sheet, and lab tech came out immediately. Fast in and out...the veins were asleep-SO I GOT POKED TWICE. read more

Checked in and shortly after got called in to have my blood work/tests done. Friendly staff including the reception desk and phlebotomist that took drew my blood. I will go there again on my next round of blood work/tests. Had no trouble finding parking. Someone was leaving as I was arriving and I was able to park in a 2 hour parking. read more

First time getting my blood drawn for medical purposes. 3 in the afternoon on a Monday not a single soul was there except for staff. Was in then out. Slightly sore but that's expected because I am a blood donor and know each time is different. The plain walls really gave me anxiety though not to lively in there. read more

First time to this office. Very impressed. I didn't have an appointment. In and out in less than half hour. Very efficient and pleasant staff. They got the needle in the first time. Rare for me. read more

I needed to get blood work done ASAP and found this location... Despite the bad reviews, I went here due to convenience. I'm really glad I did, as I had a good experience. Not sure what happened to the others with 1-2 stars but they definitely exceeded my expectations. The only trouble I had was finding it, but that's because I have zero sense of direction. Once I arrived, barely early, I checked in at the front. They were not super warm and inviting but they did their job and they were certainly not rude what so ever. I prefer overly nice- but will settle for just nice! I was called in almost immediately. No waiting! :D I really wish I remembered the name of the woman who drew my blood but she was quick, efficient, friendly and did it super easily. It was over in a matter of 30 seconds. I was SO nervous. My arm is sore now but that is expected. Thankful for a good experience. read more

Well its 7:36 and not busy wich is good for me because i work across the building the staff greated me with a smile check me in quickly and efficiently my phlebotomist was Kurt very professional and pleasant man got me in and out within 10 minutes....gotta love a Lab that doesn't have a long line waiting read more

Super nice techs but i Wish i could post a picture of my arm. It's bruised beyond belief & is been 7 days since my blood was taken. Bad at their actual job. Nice is cool but incompetence is why I would not go there again. Not to mention they had me go give urine sample before my blood draw came back out & 2 people after me had been called in to draw blood. Making me have to wait again. With a long line it matters. Usually you take the urine sample from someone on the way out. No thought actually goes into processing here. None. Lol. But trust after reading these reviews, take heed people. They don't give a shit. read more

The staff was friendly and the place was clean but my reason for the low rating was because I felt that the phlebotomist didn't not draw my daughters blood correctly, she is two years old and definitely hates getting her blood drawn every other time we went to a different location which was removed and then recommended this place, but unfortunately they were not as skilled when I came to actually taking the blood, it took a long time to get the blood drawn and now with a two year old ( as many would know) that with our force to ensure she doesn't knock out the needle we have to hold them down, and we have never had to hold her that long, and typically once the needle is in the vein with the butterfly and all the blood floss straight through and quite quickly I might add, which did not in this case and the old lady claimed it was the tube?? Which is the lamest thing I have here and the needle was at such a crooked angle that even the second girl mentioned it but the old lady ignored her, and they were supposed to fill just two tubes of blood but "something was wrong with the tube" that the blood took forever to get there she took FOUR tubes in order to combine them for my daughters test. So it is was to say that we will NOT be coming back here. read more

I have never had a bad experience at this location. Today I had a 10am appointment and samples were being drawn by 10:05. My phlebotomist was fantastic, so I barely felt a thing. Prompt and painless, what more could one ask for? read more
