    This is what they did to my arm. The worst experience I have ever had. Extremely painful and still hurts! Very long wait times even with appointment. Incompetent staff!

    Used to like this place. Heads Up!!! Unfortunately they no longer take walk-ins. Nowhere on the site does it say anything to this effect. I went there around 7:45am, haven't had anything to eat for 2 days. So I was a little weak and now I had to scramble and look for another location. Ran to the one on Crown Valley (Optum) and they were closed!! Wow! Ok All the other locations were open. So I head to the next location in the Providence building where you have to pay for parking. It is packed with people. The technician that drew my blood said they were slammed all morning and she informed me that this location is not supposed to turn away walk-ins. So not sure if there was a problem where they had to steer people away but I would check before you go

    Getting blood taken can almost be a traumatic experience for those who hate needles. Some labs are as longbasbthe DMV AND TAKE FOREVER! THE KEY IS TO FIND A GEM , I have found the gem! They are nice, efficent, amazing at blood draws, can also Do drug screening for employment and take the effort out of the term effortless. Meaning, less time, less pain, less trauma, and just less everything! Im a fan. The parking is plentiful, the time is almost non-exsistant. They are open and dont take off for lunch , so go in and go out. Easy breezy! Im a huge fan! Update; still my favorite place with great vampires! There is a kiosk that is new from the last time I was in. Step 1: sign in on the sign in sheet, Step 2: scan ID on Kiosk, verify info, hit ok. Step 3: wait for your name .. easy as 1-2-3 in and out. Efficient, effortless, no pain, free parking. What else do you want?! A GEM!!

    Once again lapcorp has messed up my labs. Do they really expect me to come here 8 times before they can get one referral correct?

    By far the kindest staff out of any LabCorp! Had an appt at 2:30, showed up early and they took me right on the spot. Martha is the best.

    I'm writing this review specifically for Suzy, the lab technician at Quest Diagnostics…read more Over the past few months, I've been through a lot with doctors' appointments and constant lab work, so by the time I arrived for this visit I was already worn down. When I checked in, I found out the lab tests I needed had not been ordered correctly and had been sent to LabCorp instead. Suzy was the one person who turned the situation around. While I was sitting in the chair trying to sort things out with my doctor's office on the phone, she was patient and genuinely helpful. She helped me confirm the exact tests with the office and made sure everything was correct before proceeding. She also took an extra vial of blood so that if my doctor's approval came through shortly after, the lab would already have what they needed. That meant I wouldn't have to come back and go through the entire process again. It was very proactive. Suzy was kind and attentive especially during a moment when I was extremely stressed. After a rough start to my morning, she was the only person who actually helped me solve the problem. I hope management sees this because employees like her make a huge difference in the patient experience. Thank you, Suzy. You were amazing!

    Awful , scary experience. Walked in ... waiting room was…read moreempty only an iPad on the wall to check in, No reception desk, No human beings. I made an appointment for my 19 month old baby, there was no option to find a pediatrics specialist Phlebotomist. When we were finally called back I was told they did not have that option. I had to hold my baby down as one women tried to draw her blood and another woman helped hold her arm straight. The one holding her arm was very nice offering my daughter stickers and sweetly talking to her,but the one trying to draw her blood did not get the sample even tho we were holding her very well. My poor daughter was so afraid and screaming crying the whole time. The phlebotomist seemed to get upset and said it was my daughter's bad veins and she moved and they could not get the sample. I understand she's a baby and very difficult to get a blood draw on but why is there no option or anyone to talk to to try and find some who has experience. Awful , scary and just not processional. Bad company practices in general. Never going back. I'll be paying a specialist to come to our house.
