I started going when they were located in the Happy Canyon Shopping Center on Hampden Road, in Denver and I've continued my yearly lab work there since their move to the location on Arapahoe Road in Centennial. My experiences in Happy Canyon were always positive, but after the move to Centennial, the service was hit or miss. When it was a "miss", it was always a significant one." However, today was a refreshing change--it was truly a pleasant experience. Carrie was wonderful; she was friendly, kind, and returned my call promptly after I left a message this morning. I had been at this location with my daughter for fingerprinting and had a good experience with a different staff member. I explained that I had previously experienced problems with fingerprinting in the past because of a medical condition. As the process took longer and fingerprints had to be repeated she grew and more irritated and harsh. It was an extremely unpleasant experience. Avoid this place! Edited to add that the owner of the business called me after I sent him an email about my experience. He was kind and responsive. He seemed to care about my experience.
