I was able to book it online and book it for an appointment first thing in the morning which was nice because I didn't want to have to fast for too long. For the glucose test, I had to sit in the lobby for a couple hours. I thought it was a bit odd they had me sit in the lobby for it and not in a back room, but it was fine cuz I ended up being okay. The guy that took my blood each time was so nice and friendly. He was great! And did a great job finding my veins. Sometimes that can be hard cuz apparently I have small ones and when I'm fasting it's even harder haha. But he was really nice and encouraging. Probably one of the best experiences I had here which was nice since I had to sit out in the lobby for a couple hours.

Fair warning, this place fills up pretty quickly, when I pulled into the parking lot at 6:30, there was already four or five people standing in line. I went in at 6:45 and the line was nine people deep. They're very prompt, and the doors opened right away at 7:00 a.m., and everybody lined up in front of the check-in kiosk. Process went pretty quickly and names were called right away to head back. I think I was seated for no more than 5 minutes before my name was called, they asked for driver's license and insurance card and then gave me a piece of paper and told me to head back. The ladies in the back were very nice and professional. Honestly? This was one of the most painless blood draws I've ever had. She was very skilled and made the process very simple. I had to give a urine sample, as they only have one restroom in the blood draw room. I had to go across the hallway, not a big deal, although I don't like wandering around with a cup of urine in my hand. But I went back in and dropped it into the little white basket and how it was on my way. Bottom line? I don't know about the other LabCorps in the area but this one is at the top of my list. Bonus points. It's in the same medical building as my doctor, so I can kill two birds with one stone when I need to. Need to get blood drawn and are a patient of that facility. You are in luck!

And this quest was definitely one of them. I had an appointment for 12:30. I got there about 15 after and about 12:35 they were able to take me. The whole thing went less than 6 minutes. The lady that took my blood was fun, talkative and enjoyable. I find it amazing how nice people are if you're nice to them first. Anyway, this was a great quest to go to. If I ever need to go to quest again, I absolutely will consider this place to be my stop. Bottom line? Nobody likes to have their their blood drawn, but if you have to have it drawn at a quest laboratories, this would be the one.

Give the blood request to the nurse. 8- you are done! This morning I log in the app and made an appointment for today, 1:10pm. I click on the link to let them know I was here, it was exactly 1:10. Lobby was packed. They were busy and a bit behind. I was called by 1:25. I was out by 1:32pm. Technician was friend, funny and great. Sorry I didn't get her name. But she was good and funny! Room 2. I wish I could give a 10 stars to this location. It has always been steady, good and fast.

Having said that, I've now gone to this Quest twice and had the best experiences I'm capable of having because my phlebotomist Colton is THE best! I have to ask for a reclining chair to avoid passing out and I'm often judged or belittled by nurses etc., but Colton was so warm both times and took me seriously. He is so gentle and quick that I barely feel the poke and he talked with me to keep my mind off of it. He was also very patient and made sure I was feeling ok before he had me stand up. Most folks don't understand how life-changing it can be to find a good phlebotomist - but now I'm able to do blood work so I can stay healthy and take care of myself. The rest of the staff are fast, efficient, and kind. I highly recommend this location and am eternally grateful to my dude Colton for making important bloodwork doable for me. Thank you!

This was a very easy lab experience through Quest. It's very simple to book an appointment online…read morethrough their website. I found a pretty good selection of times even only booking one day ahead. You get a link via text message and can easily check in online once you arrive. There are also kiosks in the waiting area where you can check yourself in. Bear in mind there are no staff to check in with. Once checked in, you sit in the waiting room and follow your progress on a large screen showing checked in appointments and anyone waiting as a walk in. I was taken right at my booked time. Once in one of the back rooms the staff process your insurance and confirm which tests you need. The staff member was very friendly, and the blood draw was basically painless. Overall I was very happy with my Quest experience!

The text instructed me to have a seat inside and wait for my turn. Inside there were seats lining the walls. This is a busy location. Pre-covid, it used to be filled. Not the case today (a few weeks ago). I had the fasting appointment so I wanted an early appointment. Since I had already scheduled a doctor's appointment, it was a win-win, so I had two appointments in one morning. I saw my name on the tv so I knew it was soon. It was 7:30, my appointment. Everything was verified. I also had my doctor's work order- this helps out a lot. The lady who drew my blood was nice. She checked to see if I was doing alright. I was done at 8 am. I needed a standard imaging test and requested first available any location, any day, any time. The first available appointment was 6 weeks out. This was for a diagnostic test to rule out something potentially suspicious so time was a factor. After accepting the appointment I decided to call around and sure enough I was able to get in to another diagnostic facility in 2 weeks. Not 6. I hated the thought of switching after so many years of testing with Steinberg but couldn't wait 6 weeks. To summarize, staff are great. Service is great but if I can't get time sensitive testing done in a reasonable timeframe I can't be a customer here.
