Dr. Barrios and her entire staff are nothing short of amazing. Our son had Plyoric Stenosis and Dr. Barrios identified the condition and referred us to the best pediatric surgeon on the planet. The entire office remembers our son by name. They are all kind, professional and go above and beyond to make you comfortable, welcomed and confident that your child is in great hands. The office staff agreed to see our son when we didn't have his medical number, they handled everything graciously and made it obvious that their genuine priority was providing care for our child. We are beyond impressed and would highly recommend Dr. Barrios office to anyone considering a pediatric doctor in the area.

He is also open to working with parents that have their children on alternative vaccine schedules, which for us is extremely important. We have been out right turned away from some offices that would not even accept our son as a patient since we are opting out of some vaccines and spacing others apart. Dr Reeder of course recommends following the CDC vaccine schedule as most doctors do, however it is refreshing to find a doctor that is open to our ideas and doesn't put us down for doing what we think is best for our son. Dr. Reeder met us in the waiting room, introduced himself, and shook our hands---very professional and overall a very nice man. He spent a lot of time talking with us and it is clear he loves kids too. Would recommend him based off our first experience with him.

Dr. Christiansen does not want to work with families on an alternate schedule. I believe that children should be vaccinated, I just don't believe in getting more than 2 shots in one visit. So at the well child visits, we would only get 2 shots. I received a discharge letter for my 4 month old son from the Marshall Pediatric office due to "vaccine refusal." I am very disappointed with Dr. Christiansen for not taking the time to talk to me before making such a drastic decision to discharge my 4 month old son from his office. He never communicated that being discharged was even an option. Don't waste your time with this doctor. It's his way or he'll dismiss you as a patient. So very sad that the doctor / patient relationship is basically nonexistent with Dr. Christiansen.

As soon as you walk in, the environment is super child friendly and clean. The wait time varied on how busy they are but you are able to get on a wait list before coming in which can speed up the process. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I feel like my toddler has received quality care very time that we've been here. I'd definitely recommend this spot to other families seeking quick help.

No imaging... it was like a 5 minute office visit literally in and out. They're in-network and charged my insurance over $600 for it, yikes. We paid our copay in office. Then we got a bill for $200 in the mail? With absolutely zero explanation of what the charge was for. How much are they trying to make off this? We usually use MDSTAT in EDH and they've never sent us an extra bill. Anyway, I figured it was a mistake and waited for them to clear it up with insurance. They sent it straight to collections like 2 months later. When I tried to call their billing office, no answer, I left a voice mail and they never got back to me. I just paid it to get it over with but 100% will never go back here. I've never had a medical or dental office send a bill to collections, ever, let alone so fast without trying to clear it up with me first. And truly can't believe they charged that much for such a simple procedure. I still don't know what the $200 charge was for considering they're in network and we paid our copay. Oh well, we'll stick with MDSTAT.
