There was barely a couple minutes wait till I was called in. Nurse Anna was my aesthetician. I explained I was concerned about the discomfort but even more so that I was gonna leave there looking like one of the "Real Housewives" with balloon lips. I was ADAMENT that I DID NOT want that. She LISTENED and was conservative in her approach. She and Andy (who works in the office) were so kind and made me as comfortable as possible and encouraged me throughout the entire procedure. They played music I enjoyed, which helped distract me, cuz I could hum along to it. Andy also gently tapped on my knee to help distract me as well. And it didn't really hurt THAT bad! It's not something I'd want to experience weekly lol, but definitely tolerable two or three times a year in exchange for the beautiful results Anna provided. Besides, Mom always said, "Beauty is pain, Darci. Beauty is pain." I actually got a little verklempt, cuz Anna gave me back my 17-year-old lips! They were still MY lips, just brought to life again. Subtle and perfect. The lady is an ARTISTE! I'd definitely let her stick me again! For cosmetic injections, I want a clean facility that's legit, whose staff are licensed, experienced and provide not only what you ask for but do so without the Beverly Hills snobbery. I called and emailed Groupon immediately because I don't feel this is a legitimate business and all the positive reviews are coming from the owner. Cleopatra called one time (see call history screenshot in red font) ONLY AFTER I asked via text message if they were still going to make it to the 5:30pm phone consultation appt, since I had not yet heard from them after 5min into the appt time. After I texted, they dialed my number for only for a few seconds (you can tell it rings only once and they hang up just to make it look like they tried), I called back right away within seconds 3x and texted but no response. Never heard from them about cancelling or rescheduling. Highly unprofessional and no accountability. They offer cheap services so they get lots of customers who are trying to save, that's why they have no incentive for customer service or taking in new customers like myself.
