I ordered a hatfall wig that I did not realize was not returnable or exchangeable. I opened the…read morepackage and the first thing that surprised me was the packaging. The wig is folded up and shoved into a purse, like the ones you get from airlines with toiletries in it. Once I opened it the smell really hit me, really strong fragrance perhaps washed with a perfumed shampoo, enough to give you a headache after short time. The color was not as pictured, it has large streaks, that are a combination of blond and grey on a black background. It's supposed to be golden espresso. I really wanted dark brown. The hatfall comes as hair attached to a band, with the top being completely opened. I've lost my hair due to chemo and would not feel comfortable with that, in case the hat should come off. I contacted them the same day I received it and they are unwilling to even do an exchange. I would not do business with a company that does not stand behind the products they sell, an expensive mistake at a time when you can least afford it.
