Never again......( I had to pick one star, I wouldn't have, they don't even deserve one star)
I ordered $90 worth of food for delivery, an hour in, I called asking where my food is, they said it's on it's way, should be therein 5 minutes, 1hour and 40 minutes later I called back, my order is still not here, they replied it's on it's way! Should be there in five minutes, I said it's been an hour and 40 minutes the foods going to be cold, I should at least get a discount, she said no, the food is on it's way, I said forget it, I'm cancelling my order. 20 minutes later the delivery man comes to my door, I told him I cancelled, I'm not paying for it and he just stood there, it's been two hours I've been waiting, the foods cold, send it back. 10 minutes later Lachine Tasty calls me back, the owner is so sorry, I'll send your food back and we will give you a $10 Discount on your next order.....I said what! I waited 2 hours before the delivery man showed up, called you twice, I asked that I should at least get a discount you said no, I send the delivery guy back to you with the cold food, and you call me back saying you'll give me a $10 discount only on my next order, what a joke.... I've been a costumer for many years and you JUST lost me as a customer. read more
