Hi Vivian! We don’t offer a gel polish change, you would need to book a gel removal + gel mani. All of our pricing is listed on our website www.lacquergallery.com under the service menu!

How much do your lash tinting and extensions cost?

Our lash tints are $25 + our lash extensions start at $300!

Hi, how much is it for a gel acrylic fill?

Hi Libby! An acrylic fill pricing depends on the shape of your nails + if you need gel removal or not - a square fill + gel polish is $65 + a stiletto fill + gel polish is $75. Gel removal would be an additional $5 on top of that!

Which gel polish brands do you use?

After browsing their reviews on Yelp and the services on their website, I made an appointment for a few days later - it was super easy. I arrived to find a very spa-like, cozy and calming space. I was greeted warmly by the receptionist and it wasn't very long before a staff member introduced themselves to me and led me back to a room to discuss my needs. I had Brittany and she was lovely. She asked a lot of questions about what I was looking for, gave me options to choose from, and even priced me out before getting things started. That was really appreciated by the way. She sold me on a membership type deal where they collect $50 on a monthly basis and add it to a "bank" that I can use for services in the future. It pretty much adds up over time until your next visit and then it doesn't feel like as much of an expense when the time comes. I've done this at nail salons and can confirm it's a nice thing to have. For this trip I went with some wrinkle relaxers, aka botox. It had been a hot minute since the last time I got it and it was a breeze. Pain free to the point where I hardly felt it. My results came in within a week or so and they're great. I definitely plan on continuing so I can maintain some youthful skin as I age. I have no doubt that I'll give their other services a go in the future. I'll end with a few things I always look for in a business.. This spot is locally owned, it's affordable, the service was great, and the place is really clean.

A lot of therapists these days slop through the motions, but Karen really has a pinpoint, accurate understanding of the human body and I give her full props for 90 minutes of targeted, firm pressure body work. Me having slightly arthritic hands, I greatly appreciate her stamina! I left the appointment, amazed with an amount of flexibility in my neck and shoulders I haven't felt in probably 10 years. My 82 yo mom loves it here, too. There's a plethora of skilled service providers and lots of face, body, general wellness treatments to choose from.

It's clear this business does not prioritize its customers once they've paid. It only gets worse. My second treatment was scheduled for March 26, and again, no one bothered to inform me of any issues. I had to call myself to confirm, only to find out that Tisha had resigned and my appointment couldn't happen. No call, no email, no effort to notify me. Since then, I have made multiple attempts to contact the clinic, and not once has anyone returned my calls. Instead of fixing the problem or honoring the service I already paid for, staff keep trying to upsell me on other services. That is completely inappropriate and unprofessional. I paid in full for laser treatments--not for excuses or sales pitches. This is extremely poor management and unacceptable customer service. If you cannot deliver the services you advertise and take full payment for, you should not be operating this way. Management needs to take accountability immediately. It literally feels like you have to beg them to provide the service you already paid for. Seriously!

Not only was my appointment canceled because the new provider doesn't even work on the day I was originally scheduled, but I was also reassigned to a completely different provider--one who does not have a strong or reputable track record. I had hoped things would improve under the new ownership with Patrick and Mark, but that hasn't been my experience. The lack of communication, transparency, and customer care is concerning. Do your research and trust your gut before booking here. I would not recommend scheduling with Jiva Medspa. ‼* update as of 4/10/26 I do not appreciate the public reply suggesting communication or resolution efforts, as I have not received any outreach from management since March 25. It is disheartening to see a response that presents an attempt to resolve the situation when, in reality, I have been available via email, text, phone call, and social media, and there has not been a single direct attempt to contact me or rectify the issue. Additionally, I was originally sold a package for the Pico laser; however, the Hollywood Spectra laser was used during my treatment. This is not the service I agreed to or paid for. As a result, not only have I not received the treatment I was promised in terms of the specific technology, but the overall treatment plan and expected timeline have also been altered.
