However, things changed after we met Jennifer. She greeted us very warmly and took us around her store to see her selection. We found one that we fell in love with, but it was out of our price range. Jennifer was very kind and worked with us on the pricing to get it a lot closer to what we could afford at the time. The entire experience was so wonderful that we ended up making the purchase! It was delivered the next business day. The delivery itself was performed quickly and with precision. Jennifer called me at 8:58 in the morning to let me know that they were on the way to my house. They arrived before 9:10 and were finished with assembly and departed before 9:15. Jennifer and her driver were very pleasant and efficient. We couldn't have asked for a better overall shopping experience. We will definitely be back when it's time for a new sofa. Thank you Jennifer for such a wonderful experience!

It took nearly a week later for them to realize that they didn't even have the item I ordered in stock and to offer me to buy something else that they did have in store. After letting them know that wouldn't work as I already had the mattress, I had purchased a bed frame, they let me know they would be able to issue a refund and that this would take 3-5 business day. It has since been two weeks later and I can't event get them to answer the phone anymore. Finally today after An 15 business days later, my refund has been issued!!! Only issued!!
