After the 30 days My wife texted Nataly and she ignored the messages. In late December we went into the store and Nataly asked us to give her 30 (additional) days. In Early February My wife texted Nataly for an update and Nataly ignored the text messages. On 2/12/24 we went to the location and the store was closed during business hours. I texted Nataly to resolve the issue. I told her if it was not resolved I would report her to the better business Bureau and consumer affairs. All I got from her was "wow". She Then called me and stated she doesn't work under threats.

What retail establishment won't sell to interested customers?? And to top it all off, I let the employees at the register know that this practice was "weird." A snotty woman came back with this, "it's either this inability to buy, or they would have to shut down for two weeks." What retail establishment in this day and age turns away possible customers??? We left this store with ZERO plans to return. Bottom line: there are many stores to stock up on Christmas decor, don't bother with Suite 52, unless you want to shop in the fray of an Open House!
