Cheesecake, mango mousse, coffee mousse, raspberry, chocolate cake
    Cintya A.

I understand that these pastries take time and skill to create, and visually they are absolutely beautiful. However, appearance is where it ended for us. Out of the 5 treats we purchased, we only truly enjoyed one. Considering the high price point, the flavor and overall experience did not justify the cost. In my opinion, they are significantly overpriced for what you get, and the taste does not match the heavy advertising or social media hype. The cheesecake did not resemble any traditional cheesecake I've ever had and I'm someone who loves cheesecake. The layered chocolate cake was overwhelmingly sweet to the point that we couldn't finish it. The mango dessert was mostly mousse with very little actual flavor. The raspberry pastry had a thick gelatinous outer layer that completely threw off the texture. The only standout was the coffee mousse the flavor and texture were balanced and enjoyable. If you're considering trying this place just because the treats look pretty or because it's heavily promoted, I would strongly suggest reconsidering. In our experience, the quality and taste simply did not live up to the presentation or the price. We would not return.

Ok so it's like a sweet flavored mousse with a thin layer of hard chocolate on the outside. There's a jelly center with a tiny cookie or something. My partner was not a fan of the texture. Personally for one to be $10-$12 I don't think it's worth it and I wouldn't get them again. I think they are cool looking and so they are getting popular on social media. I would pay maybe $3-4 for the novelty of them. All the deserts are very small servings for the price. Now my sister loves these so I got her a box of 6 different ones so we could try a variety and we all shared them. Go big or go home I guess. The banana and peanut were our favorites. I think those flavors made the most sense. The pear tasted like banana pudding to me. Surprisingly the lemon was our least favorite which lemon flavored things are almost always a win for me so i was disappointed. The strawberry was ok. The cherry is meh in that the cherr flavor is not very strong. The service was fine. The inside is small but clean and cute and there are a few tables to sit at. These do not travel well so plan to eat quickly or refrigerate till ready to consume.

Came on a Monday with the family. FYI- Plenty of parking. The dessert shop is clean, inviting and has a mellow vibe. The display case is total eye candy with all the desserts that look like something out of Willy Wonka or Alice in Wonderland. 10/10 delicious treats. Light, rich, smooth, creamy goodness. Give this a try. Need to go back to taste the sweet treats that I Missed! So much to choose from!

Update. They seem to have refined their processes a bit, and those shelled fruit mousses are even better. They also introduced some new flavors. And, they finally got all the inspections done for the coffee drinks. Their coffee drinks are AMAZING--some of the best in the region. Adding a star. It's a favorite place. The day I was there, Gaard Swanson and the camera operator from Seattle Refined (KOMO 4) were visiting and shooting for an upcoming episode.

A beautiful little spot in Everett with plenty of parking on the way to Everett mall. The strip mall area it's in isn't super fancy but the sign on the establishment stands out. Inside it is bright, it's decorated and it has a kids corner. There are places to sit which is nice. They have a large selection of mousse cakes, two Russian cakes, some cheesecakes, cookies and a few more classic American cakes. Everything is plated beautifully, packaged beautifully, and tastes amazing. The service is average. And it a cafe / bakery so you go up to the counter and order, so it's not a service type of place. But definitely a unique spot. Cute place for couples or families

This is more of a 4.5 star for me. This place have been on go to places after seeing their pretty fruit desserts. They have a parking lot so parking isn't an issue. They are still in soft opening phase right now. It wasn't too busy but there was definitely a good amount of people who came after us. The person taking our order was really nice and suggested a few things for us. It was a very aesthetic place where you can sit and relax or work. Food: Peanut and passion fruit dessert: these were soooo good. I love that the flavor was really on point and the shape was very cute. It was a little pricey though but I don't think it's that bad. Macaron: delicious, love the flavor Honey cake: not the typical honey cake I'm used to but still pretty good. The flavor was good but I was missing the crunch. Mousse cheesecake: I love the inside, the exterior gelatinous shell was a little unexpected and not what I'm used to. The flavor was good though. Beside the fruit desserts, the price for these was very reasonable. Definitely would come back when I'm in the area.

No need to guess what flavors you're getting!

Overall, I liked the dessert. We tried the fruit pastry, and it was fresh and tasty. However, I'm rating it lower because it felt overpriced for what you get. Also, the location is in Everett, not Bellevue, which might be confusing.

The fruit desserts were tasty but pricey as said. $90 for a box of 10 some items ranging from $5 to $15. The lemon was good and my favorite. Macarons were decent too! Definitely get again for a special occasion

Delectable fruit mousse cakes and such a cute, clean shop, Ladun Treats is a gem in Everett! Prices are worth it for the craftsmanship IMO. I've been here twice and had the tropic, mango, pear, raspberry, and passionfruit. I love the tropic (my fave) and mango (my husband's fave). Excited to come back and try more!

This is really a 3.5 star, but rounding up for the incredibly nice and helpful staff :) The artistry here is really cute and I'm so glad Everett has a place like this. However, the goodies are about $9-13 each and they're small. I know materials and time are worth it, but putting it out their for people so they're not surprised upon their visit. While their flavors are great, they're all the same creams and textures just different flavors for the fruit shaped treats, so not much variation there. But it was a great little weekend treat

It's a mousse world! Never had such delicious mousse desserts. These are delicate fruit shaped mousse desserts with a thin chocolate layer and a soft mousse with delicious fruits. Mango Mousse has a delicious mango pieces, the coconut one has a sweet coconut flavor with mango pieces. The pineapple one had sweet pineapple flavor and pieces. Lastly the macrons are amazing, probably the best in the world with flavor and softness. Had the chocolate one and strawberry milkshake and it was out of this world! I had similar ones at a different bakery but these guys have the best in terms of flavor, natural taste and they do charge for it. Each dessert was easily min of $12 but worth it! Friendly folks who serve these desserts in pretty boxes.

This place was pretty good! I really liked that they were not too sweet. We got peach, tangerine, and raspberry. Raspberry and tangerine were the best in my opinion. Almost all the fruit treats are gluten free, except the banana and latte. The servers were great, really nice. The lobby is still kind of sparse but since they are still in their soft opening it's kinda expected. The only thing holding it back from being 5 is the price point.

I rarely make it up to Snohomish, but now I have a reason to. This little cafe is mostly known for…read moretheir gluten-free baked goods, but their coffee is really something special. I tried their "Wild" coffee, and it has notes of watermelon that you can actually taste. I'd drive out of my way just for this coffee, it's that good. The staff are also great. My order got a little mixed up (switched the espresso types and put in to go cups), but the staff were super kind and righted it as soon as they realized. I only tried their cardamom ginger molasses cookie sandwich (delicious and not too sweet), but I'll absolutely be back to try some of their other gluten-free goodies!

Upon entering, i immediately noticed baked goods display and the drink menu. The case was filled with a bunch of interesting types of baked goods. On top of the rose cardamom latte, brioche tart and cardamom twist. We also got a savory scone and another item that escapes me. I enjoyed the savory scone the most. It had chives and bacon amongst other things. Great texture and not too dry. The brioche tart was a meal all on its own. Heavy and will put you to sleep. The cheese I think that was in there was gruyere but I could be wrong. I enjoyed it but definitely will splooge out if you down eat it on a plate with utensils. Eventually it does get monotonous for me. Recommend sharing it. Cardamom twist was the least favorite item. I'm not sure what it was but there was an essence of something in the background that threw the flavor off for me. I can't seem to describe it. The twist was slightly doughy/stodgy for me. Maybe part of an off batch. I typically do like cardamom centered things. This wasn't my favorite is all I can say. One suggestion I would hope gets implemented is cost of goods displayed for each item. I can say I was surprised at the total during check out. I do go to a lot of bakeries, cafes and artisanal shops. I always felt more at ease knowing what I was getting into from a financial standpoint. Tip is to look at their discounted items. They are a steal. They also have a rewards program that gets you a drink with every new sign up paired with a purchase I wish I had known prior to purchase as I was only able to spot signage at the register.
