Hannah will send daily text messages along with pictures which makes my heart happy. It's always fun to be on vacation, but it's also always stressful too because i miss the fur baby. I know that at the beginning and the first few days that they're a little bit sad and scared, but after the first couple of days, they seemed to warm up nicely to Hannah. From day 1, VIP impressed me with their level of communication and organization. Their online client portal is easy to navigate and great for checking your schedule, pets info, etc. Nancy, their Director of Client Relations, is incredibly detail oriented, great at follow up, and actually does what she says she will do (a rarity in this day and age!). Our assigned sitter, Amber, took amazingly good care of our pups. Her communication was stellar and I felt the entire time that it wasn't "just a sitter" there watching our pups, it felt like a family member was taking care of them. One of our dogs (part Chihuahua and Jack Russell?) is extremely anxious and doesn't like strangers. I asked around and searched on yelp for a place to board my dog that was highly reviewed, yet reasonably priced. 4 Paws Inn was the place! My pup isn't extremely social and was hesitant to go in, but when I picked her up 6 days later I knew she had the time of her life. She was energetic and smiling! She now runs to every car she sees when on a walk in hopes to return for more play time. I liked that they gave me a report card to tell me how she did. I had her groomed during her stay and they did a great job. My dog is a pug and they shed quite profusely, so I asked them to have her top coat shaved. She looked adorable when I picked her up. I plan on taking her back for daycare on days that I will be going out after work, just so she can have a little fun during the day.
