I did some research and found this place, so I decided to give it a try. IM SO GLAD I DID! From the 1st day, as soon as he got into the car he was snoozing in the backseat. It was such a miracle. At other daycare facilities I have taken him to, he would still have energy at the end of the day, and it would take a bit for him to finally settle once he got home. But here at Top Paw, he sleeps through the whole night! I take him to work with me and even the staff has commented about how calm and sleepy he is after Daycare. I also love that they are so flexible with their times. Somedays I have to be at work before 4pm so I need to grab him before I go in, and they are open from 7a-7p Mon-Fri and I can drop off/pick up anytime during those hours. And they even have daycare on the weekends which is soooo helpful for when I work weekend shifts. The staff is also very welcoming and friendly. They always promise to get him nice and tired and they deliver on it. I have been recommending Top Paw to all of my fellow pup parents when they ask where I take him. Our cats recognize her, and are excited to see her! Each time Robin arrives and leaves, we receive a notification based on her GPS location, so we're able to track how long she spends with our cats. Each time she visits, she spends at least 30 minutes with them. She also sends us a comprehensive report each time she visits, which includes a write-up, pictures, and other important information. She's also done little things to go above and beyond - she swept the floor before we arrived home because our cats had tracked some litter throughout the house. They refresh water, check robot feeders, feed a can of wet food each visit and it doesn't stop there. They also pet and check on the welfare of the cats plus pick up mail or packages for us.. We get texted a picture of each cat or several and a written update on how the visit went. We have never had 1 issue with anything missing or even a picture frame moved out of place. My husband is a worrier about our lovely cat family and it puts his mind at ease using this service and how well cared for our cats are. We have a shy kitty that will hide from time to time, but YHPC sitters eventually will win her over and coax her out to feed and get petted. I still have not gotten an apology from the family or their daughter who works the front office who was down right rude to me off the bat when I called to discuss it, because they have enough repeat business that they don't care about customer retention (or taking decent care of the animals in their care) There are so many other boarding and dog walker options, don't give this place your money, they don't deserve it.

The vet told me it would be too stressful for him to be boarded while we were gone, so I read online reviews and called Ann. I honestly was blown away. Ann was extremely knowledgeable, and also just incredibly kind and loving toward my cat. She went out of her way to take care of him while we were gone. She brought over feeding syringes and gave him Pepcid to help his stomach, as he was unable to eat without throwing up. She honestly got more food down him than I had been able to. She also recommended a brand of food that he will finally eat on his own, and had great advice for me on how to get him to start eating again (we had the vet pull a few teeth). Every day when we were gone she kept me updated by sending emails and pictures of him. I honestly don't know what we would have done without her. I will for sure be using Ann in the future, and cannot recommend her enough.
