So mixed review here! If I'm rating the stylist which was Katie, I'd give her 6 stars, she is fabulous! Really listens to what you want, takes the time and is not rushed, offers suggestions if you want them, and she's super sweet! As for the salon itself, I didn't like how they have a blow dryer bar, this is the first time I've been to a salon where you blow dry your hair and you are passed to someone from color to a rinse. If I had one person through the process and didn't need to blow dry my own hair I would of rated it higher, just not a great concept for me. read more

Jaima and Vinny, you've done it again!!! Never cease to amaze me with both the color and cut. Went in to get a touch up on my roots and a much needed cut to get rid of all my icky split ends... And Jaima and Vinny worked their magic! It's always such a pleasure going to Plush -- everyone is so sweet, kind, and welcoming, it creates an amazing atmosphere. And to top it off, they give you wine!!! :) It was a much needed day of pampering and to unwind, and what better way to do it than hang out with friends while getting my hair done and drinking wine?! I have been going to Plush since it opened! I see Jaima for my color and Keith is my stylist. I have been around Plush and the staff long enough to say anyone you see there is going to be great. Their quality of work is amazing. This is a very chic and high-end salon. However you do not have the attitude that sometimes come with the staff at other high-end salons. The staff is super friendly and you are automatically welcomed and made to feel at home when you go there. I do not even live in the Phoenix metropolitan area I drive up from Tucson every two months to get my hair done at Plush...it is worth every mile. Plush is a very nice salon. I've had three appointments for highlights and haircuts. I find everyone I've had dealings with here so far to be personable, easy to get along with and very professional. The atmosphere is comfortable and relaxed, with a bit of a neighborhood vibe. I've had really an unbelievable number of problems with salons throughout greater Phoenix, the biggest one being incompetent, inconsistent and sometimes simply flaky stylists. Also, many salons now want to charge $200+ for highlights and a haircut and the level of service isn't necessarily there. Cortney is my colorist and Stacie is my stylist for cuts. Another neat thing here is they don't discourage you from booking the services separately. Makes it easier to budget to have a color one month and cut the next, though their prices are not unreasonable. It's around 180-200 for both services, pre-gratuity for me. If you want you can do your own style, they provide product and tools or you can bring your own. I've done my own style a couple times and didn't feel judged. It's so hard to find stylists who know what they're doing and are good with all types of people. This is also true of their receptionist! read more

Very pleased with the service, how my hair turned out and the price! I was able to make a same day appointment on 12/11 at 5pm after I got off work. Stacie was my stylist and did an amazing job! I needed a haircut and color, and was not disappointed. She did exactly what I wanted and the color turned out so pretty! I haven't had color services here, but Vinny has done an excellent job cutting and styling my hair. The thing that annoys me about this place is that they do not sweep the floors, clean the chairs/brushes regularly. Major pet peeve but the talented stylist helps ease my skeevies. read more

Keith is the stylist I have been to a few times now. He is patient and innovative. I'm in a transition state - don't know what I want to do with my hair as it's growing longer. Keith has had some good ideas and has taken baby steps with each cut until I know exactly what I want my hair to look like. The salon is super convenient also. I went to plush about a month ago highly recommended, I didn't like the service or the stylist who did my hair I had an ombre I want to add a little blonde to brighten it up it looks like I just have strikes in my hair and it wasn't blended at all looks like I have a line around my head , the color is brassy too, they also had other clients they were attending too and only booked me for 45 mins and the receptionist didn't put me dowb For cut or blow dry it was a waste of 140 dollars read more
