I had such a nice experience getting my henna done on Sunday the 22nd. The artist was very friendly and thoroughly explained the products she was using and how I can make my henna last longer (Coconut oil ). I love the design I chose and she did a beautiful job! The lighter coloring you see & any extra spots outside the design were completely my fault. I decided to get the design on my dominant hand and I was at the beach playing around. I am one of those people who are completely unable to sit still long enough for even a fingernail to dry so I caused my henna to stain unevenly. Rosemary was included as part of an "add on" service for my daughter's 10-year old Spa party but ended up being the main event. She was great working with the kids, and when adults in attendance noticed her work, they too started getting in line, even though the service was intended to be just for the children. As a result, by the end of Rosemary's time, some of the kids had still not had a chance to receive theirs. Despite this, Rosemary insisted on staying until each child who wanted a henna tattoo received one. Rosemary's designs are amazing, and her attention to detail manifests in intricate, beautiful works of art that everyone bemoaned would fade too soon. She indicated that because of the time constraints of the party, the patterns she'd made were less complicated than the ones on her regular menu but her work here was so fabulous that I can't imagine what beauty she'd create otherwise! In addition to stunning talent, Rosemary has a cheerful attitude and personality that made it a pleasure to work with her. I will certainly book Rosemary again for my next party. She was the STAR of our event with both the kids and the adults all of whom were admiring her works on them days after she'd left - wistfully and with a tinge of regret that her touch was fleeting and within days would be lost for good.
