I walked in approx 5:40 or 5:45. Requested a fill, also needed a polish change on toes. Didn't think it would be a problem to add that service. Basically, I left with only a fill, no polish (a long story in itself). Was told they wouldn't have time to do my feet and to come back. There was still 15 mints before closing. Seems leaving by closing time is more important than finishing a customer's service. Won't go back and told them so. Service was mid at best. Place was clean. read more

I've been here a few times and I really enjoy it as the location is perfect for me and it never seems to be crowded. I can always walk in and go straight to an open chair. Staff is very nice and it's very clean inside with beautiful decor. Love the pedicure chairs! They are closed on Sunday and Monday, though. read more

avoid this place if possible especially if you are african american. went here at 6pm on a wednesday female owner quickly walked to the door and turned off light saying they were closed even though they still had customers (caucasian) in there. we left and came back friday afternoon (12:30) same asian female owner when we walk through the door says we can't take you we are booked today. 5 nail techs all working on non minority females and no one was sitting in the waiting area. so at this point apparently they have a certain clientele that they cater to. sign on door clearly states walk ins welcomed but it seems being caucasian is a requirement as well. read more

I always get the pink and white, so i don't know the quality of their other services. BUT I LOVE the pink and white gels. (No glue involved which has destroyed my nails in the past!) They always last me at least 3-4 weeks and don't break unless you hit them hard against something (like a pool wall or an oven). Yes, the natural nail underneath will grow, but they will fill it right up and make them pretty and clean again! read more

I haven't been in awhile since I stopped gettin acrylic and I moved. But this was the shop that I was satisfied with and made it my regular place that I do business. You get your own box of nail supply so you don't share it with the world. A tip is to have the owners (the husband or wife) to do your nails, they are the best. read more

This place is decent, and very "health/safety conscious" as nail places go - they use a brand new file/buffer and sanitized tools for each person. I also saw some bleach and other good cleaning/disinfecting products over behind the chairs/foot basins for pedicures, so I assume they are careful about that as well. The prices are good on some things, but a little high on other imo. $12 for regular manicure, $20 for regular pedicure, $30 for both - all a good deal. $38 for a spa pedicure is pretty high though, and $40+ for gel nails is definitely on the top-end in my book. The place I go to back home only charges $35 for *pink/white* gel nails and they do an awesome job. AND, they all speak English. Which is unfortunately more than I can say for Lady Nails. It wasn't until I had repeated myself 3 times that I wanted one more coat of polish before the woman doing my nails put the top-coat on (it was a very light-colored polish and with the 2 coats she had put on, you could still see through it a little, which I did not want), when finally one of the men noticed my efforts and walked over to ask what I was trying to tell her. He proceeded to translate for me, and then told me she spoke no English. I'll leave you to make your own decisions about how important that is to you, but for my part, all I know is that if he hadn't stepped in, my manicure would have ended up partially see-through. I was surprised she didn't *notice* that on her own, but honestly, she really seemed more on auto-pilot for the whole thing - 1 coat of that, 1 pass of filing on that, 1 quick pass with the cuticle trimmers...you get the idea. Now, having said all that, would I go back? Yes. But only for a basic mani-pedi, and I'd probably ask for one of the guys, who both spoke English and were very friendly. Just wrapped up. Nails turned out okay, but it looks like I'm gonna be due for a fill in 2 days, toes... I can do a much better job my self. I nicely expressed my concern and the worker did nothing but ask me for the payment.... Won't be back. read more
