I have to say it was the most expensive and worst manicure and pedicure I have ever had. Barely any massage and in one day my manicure was peeling. My toe nails are sharp - I had to file them myself later. The TV plays loud with trauma/drama - so not relaxing at all. I asked them to turn it off since it was so disturbing, and she said "later" and never did. No one was watching it. It was very disappointing. I will never return. read more

I called in and they set an appointment for me an hour before they closed. The service was absolutely amazing! I came with my baby girl, for her first time and she had a great experience. They absolutely spoiled her! We relaxed and my massage was incredible! My toes came out perfect and my soles are silky smooth. The place was very clean and they had lots of things to make the experience luxurious for my baby. I havent gotten a pedicure in a year, this made it worth it! 10/10. read more

This was the absolute worst experience. Not only were nails were my toenails cut crooked and paint all over my cuticles, the tech was stabbing under mu nails so rough that i had to pull my foot back and tell her to stop. I've tried really hard to give this place a chance again over the years but it's getting worse and worse. I could deal with a weak massage but seeing metal cutting implements rinsed in the sink and put away in a drawer - not sterilized - is a health safety issue. read more

I've been here twice and both times were fine. The first time I got a fill/pedi/eyebrow wax and they were all pretty good. I especially liked my nails, it was done by a guy (I don't remember his name). It's a family business and everyone is really nice and call you by your name. My second visit was today for an eyebrow wax and I didn't like the way it came out or that she kept stopping to show me the wax strips after every pull, I wasn't sure what I was supposed to say about the hair being ripped from my face so that was weird. Overall I would recommend this place, the atmosphere is nice and the shop is very clean. read more

Came in with a friend to get our nails done. The staff is nice but the quality of the nail job was not good. We won't be back.

I really wasn't a huge fan of this place. Most of the workers were sitting at their stations watching their iPads and looked surprised when we walk in. There's a very small selection of colors. The woman who did my pedicure took probably 15 minutes total. Then a different younger girl did my dip (she was pleasant), but she didn't even trim my cuticles back and the dip didn't go all the way down. I got them done less than a week ago and they're already cracking. And it was $65 for a dip manicure and a pedicure. Needless to say I won't be going back. read more

I thought I would add a more recent review to tell you all how great this place is! I made an appointment and was seen on time and was offered a beverage. The salon is clean, bright, neat, and attractively set up. The staff members were cheery and welcoming, and Doan did an excellent job on my long-overdue pedicure. Their prices are reasonable, they are close to where I live, so I will be going more often. I would highly recommend this nail salon! read more

This place is nice. Got my acrylic full set removed and a gel mani done. Cost $40 which is pretty great to me. The woman who did my nails was very gentle. The gentleman who removed my acrylic was kinda rough but that's about it. read more

I went to get a fill and a new gel color. I get my nails done often at a number of different places in Tallahassee. This place does poor quality and the prices are high when compared to my other locations. I paid 43 dollars for a fill with a new gel color. I agree the prices seem sometimes made up by this one lady that works there... ugh A few of my nails are almost see through in places where too little color was used and a part of my nail is very sharp like it wasn't filled enough... The actual color looks like my 5 year old did it. The people seemed nice, the place looks nice but I do not recommend this place. I hope they use reviews to improve their work. read more

Horrible Customer Service: It states on their brochure that they treat their customers with respect and offer the best services, but I have found that to be an understatement. I made an appointment for gel polish and when I arrived at my appointment I was told to pick a color and have a seat. Pick a color??? I don't wear regular polish so that was a bit rude especially after I told you I had an appointment at 12:30. No one looked at the appointment book to see what services I wanted. The girl who did my gel was horrible. A young man I believe his name is Rick usually always does my nails. His customer service and approach is one like no other. The greeter and the young lady who did my nails had attitudes and as I'm walking out I'm telling them that I didn't have a good experience and the manager didn't even bother to check and see what the fuss was about. Instead you allow your employees to speak rudely and have an attitude. I will never go back nor recommend them. read more
