Fernando and his team were very professional and did a great job cleaning our condo. Fernando was promote and professional with getting us a quote for the services, and the ladies showed up on time the day of our scheduled cleaning. Our home is brand new, and has been under construction since September 2021, and though we have done our best to clean it since then, it greatly needed a professional touch to come in a do a top-to-bottom cleaning. The ladies did a fantastic job of getting deep cleaning our house. Literally every inch of this house was cleaned. I secured Ladybug months in advance for a "move out". They gave me a quote and a specific time on a specific day that I needed. They texted me the day before to reconfirm and called an hour before to let me know they were running a few minutes behind and would be there 30 minutes late. This time I called them last minute for my fight party this past weekend and they showed up on time saturday morning to clean my house from top to bottom in under 4 hours of time. One of the cleaners broke an inexpensive figurine and they were honest about it, took it with them to repair and returned it the next day. This review is long over due, so sorry to Ladybug! I originally hired Moni from Oliva's cleaning service, but had to deal with her personal drama, issues, and unprofessional-ism. She flaked, and kept rescheduling, wanted to bring her puppy to my house, raised the rate she quoted me, and was just unreliable. I was short for time, and this was a holiday weekend...I had out of town guests and needed to have my place clean, and I was just so worried I would not find anyone in time. When I called Ladybug Cleaning co, I explained my situation to Fernando (who is amazing by the way), and he told me he will would make every effort to help me. I was asking the impossible (last minute cleaning on a holiday), and I have no clue how he was able to make it work, but he did. He arrived with the cleaner in record time, I went through the entire house with them, explaining what needed to be done, and she got to work right away, paying attention to all the fine details...when we were running out of time, he arrived with more of his crew to get this job done. Fernando, Ladybug cleaning, and all of his crew are professional, detailed oriented, and one class act. After they were all finished, he even did a final inspection. Each toilet even had a sanitation wrapper when they were finished. Finally...my search is over!!! I've tried over a dozen cleaning services in Las Vegas, only to be disappointed by poor results, or at times, a house that was dirtier than before they "cleaned". I will admit I am a bit compulsive about cleaning my house, and thought that I was to blame for the high expectations from a cleaning company. But, I am now relieved to know it is possible to have someone clean my home as I clean my own. Fernando, the owner, is very professional on many levels. He is great at communicating. He will listen to how you would like things cleaned in your home and relay your wishes to his staff. He is also very organized. You get a text reminder of your cleaning appointment a few days ahead, and if you need to make any changes, he is very accommodating. His staff are all polite and respectful towards your home, and will make you happy when you walk into your immaculately cleaned home. A few quick details about my cleaning...I have three full bathrooms, and one half. They all are spotless after Ladybug is done. I have over 2,000 square feet of tile to mop. You all know that is not a fun chore to do all at once. But, they will knock it out in one afternoon. I could go on, but I will just let you see for yourself what a wonderful job Ladybug does. I was so happy that I have them on an every two week schedule. I have never had anyone else that regularly in the past, because I could always do a better job. But, not anymore!! He has an excellent crew and always does a walk through with them to explain the way I want things done. Each time seems like I am walking into a model home when they are finished. I have so much confidence in Ladybug that I leave them while they clean and there is no need for me to inspect as I know Fernando is more critical than I would be. There were a couple of problems that I called to his attention. One of the cleaners left a rag on a lamp. We are part-time residence in our home and this problem could have burned our house down if we left town. . Please see the pictures below. I knew nothing about them and called them strictly based on their overwhelmingly positive Yelp reviews. Happy to say that Yelp did not steer me wrong! I should have written this the moment the cleaning ladies left my home because I was blown away by this company. I called with about a 2 day notice before I needed to get a move in cleaning for my new home. Long story short, things got really messed about with the timing and unfortunately I was not able to access the home prior to moving like I wanted to get the home clean before I put my things in it. When I first called the Lady Bug cleaning they told me that did not have people available but would call me by 5:00 p.m. if they could put something together. Fernando called me as promised and said that they could accommodate me. On the day of the cleaning, he arrived with his crew to personally get instructions and verify what I needed. I could tell the ladies were overwhelmed when they first walked in because there was so much stuff everywhere! They got right to work and despite having to work around all my chaos, they did an amazing job. With COVID in fully swing they were very mindful of the precautions. The move-in cleaning was very in depth and I honestly could not find anything that they missed. They even did the window and door tracks! The ladies never took a break from start to finish.
