I had to take it up with my credit card company, which issued me the refund after an investigation. I also never got a courtesy facial. Totally unacceptable. Watch out for this shady business! She apologized, promised me she was processing my refund, and said the first one didn't go through due to some mistake she had made on her end. Weeks later, and still nothing. She clearly has no intent on refunding my money, so I guess the next step is small claims court? What a disaster. STAY AWAY.
