Like most people who park outside, I received some damage to my truck (4 or 5 dents from hail). I was dreading the process I would have to go through to get my truck fix. After I received a estimate of damage from my insurance company and received my money, I started looking around to see what body shops are in the area. I found Critical Collision was only a few miles from where I live. I read all the reviews and every review was extremely positive. so I gave George a call and he was able to pickup right away. George is extremely nice and approachable. He took time to talk to me about the hail damage and the door dings I wanted to get fixed. He told me he can take care of all that and if he finds any other dings, dents or other imperfections that he would take care of those too. He told me that he would let me know when he can get my truck in and he would give me a call to schedule a time to drop it off. A few days goes by and he asks if I can bring it in today or tomorrow. I told him I would bring it in today if that still works for him. I drop off my truck and a little of 1 1/2 hours goes by and he tells me my truck is ready. Wow, that was fast! I head to the body shop and inspect my truck. All the hail damage and door dings are gone! it looks brand new. Do yourself a favor and give George a call. Contacted Woodall Auto sports and spoke to Eric and his nephew they were both great guys with great customer service. Explained what happened and showed them the replacement deck. Brought my truck in on a Friday and they finished in no longer than 30 mins. If you have any audio or modifications needed contact this place they won't do you wrong!

I had my car in there to repair dents and no one gave any updates and I had to call or text them several times to get any response on when the cars would be done since it was done past the date they originally told me. All of this is fine for a little more time if only there were updates given. But I needed to know since we only had a rental for a few more days. And I wonder if we never contacted them as much as we did if we'd would have been waiting for a lot longer. Now I'm trying to reach someone to finish up the paint they said they would do and no one is responding. We were told someone would be coming out to our house do the paint and no one is responding. The only reason I would not come here again is the poor customer service. It really means a lot to have good customer service.

The Porsche especially was a challenge because of the difficulty in locating new tail lights but I am totally pleased with the results. There was also a screw-up on the part of my insurance agency and they paid Superior Dent Solutions twice, but got the issue rectified in short order. No one else would touch it. Others told me it would take months to get parts from overseas or that it was just going to be totaled. I took it to a local bodyshop who took it in and said they had a PDR guy that could handle it. Two weeks later it was returned.
