The steak was the real surprise, it was delicious! Very tender, seasoned perfectly, mushrooms were a nice touch, the oysters are big ! I'm glad I didn't order them raw , they were just ok , the salad and ranch dressing were very good , the chili beans were good I sat at the bar and the bar tender was fantastic, the service all the way around was good , I really enjoyed that I had the app downloaded to play music while I ate at the bar , all in all it was a good experience, if your out that way it's worth stopping in , the folks are friendly and the food is good read more

Lockford-I don't even know what to say about this place. We have been going here for years, and it is my most favorite motorcycle dive bar in the entire world! Never had a bad drink, never had a bad meal. When I want barbecued oysters and mussels, this is my go to place. The girls that work here are the best and are always up for a good time. read more

Very disappointed with our experience. We were the only customers in the restaurant, yet our food took over 30 minutes to come out. When it finally arrived, the sampler platter (which cost $25) was completely burnt. We also ordered oysters expecting them to be fresh, but they were served cooked, which was not what we anticipated. After we sent the sampler back, the cook remade it, but this time it came out undercooked. The quality and consistency of the food were unacceptable, especially considering how long we waited. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this restaurant based on our experience. read more

Great little roadside bar and grill. We were passing through on our way out of Yosemite, and stopped here for a quick bite. We had a mushroom and swiss burger that was quite good - and the chicken strips we tried were also tasty. Service was friendly. I did get the sense this place could get a little wild at times. My friend and I went here for dinner, been here before when I was younger, but it's been a while. I came in there was no one in the bar just him and I service was phenomenal. The lady who helped us was very pleasant. Was very patient with us as we were talking and not ordering quickly. We both ordered hamburgers and a couple of Coors lights. The food was delicious. Great service love the atmosphere. Definitely a great biker bar as well which is probably why I feel comfortable there. But definitely would be coming back for more food and drinks. So yesterday 6/7/26 I was gonna suprise my girl with a short road trip for oysters...we get to Lagorios & its moderately busy as usual no problem...waitress came over & go usual some drinks & fries & we ordered a dozen oysters....while we're waiting we notice a taller sandy blonde gal emptying all the trash...she then went into the rest rooms & brought trash cans & emptied those...she then came inside & immediately went behind the bar without washing her hands & proceeded to make drinks...after about 40-45 minutes we asked about our order & a waitress said oh wow we must've forgotten your tag....we decided we've seen enough & they charged us $36 for 2 drinks & fries & basically just blew us off....This was probably my 4th ( & LAST) time there....Thanks alot & NEVER AGAIN read more

OK, first of all let me say this is the first time we have ever been to this place. We happen to be up in the Comanche Lake area and my wife looked up a fish and chips place and found this place. It's a small little place and a small little town that was close to us so we decided to try it out and did this would be a perfect spot for diners, drive-ins, and dives and I think I've been here years ago with the ECV guys back in the day. It's a bar grill small place so if you were coming here and are in a rush, don't bother. It's a nice spot to relax and just have some good food service was pretty good though I know it's small and you have to wait a little bit. We had the fish and chips and an order of oysters. Both were very good and I love how they cooked it oysters. We will be back again to try something different to hopefully get them that fifth star, but if you are in the area and don't mind a little weight for some good food, you can also eat inside or outside. They have a nice little outside area. Check it out. I see they have burgers and stuff for the kids also so check it out. A group of my friends visited Lagorio's for dinner and drinks. My favorite part about the bar is the jukebox and being able to choose your music. I also enjoyed the vibe of the bar. It was really relaxed and not very loud which was surprising since it was a Friday night. We sat inside and waited to order until everyone had arrived. The food came out fairly quickly and everything was pretty good. My one major complaint about my visit was the service. I didn't feel that the bartenders/waitresses were particularly happy to serve us that night and would have rather closed early (they told us they almost locked up even though we made reservations in advance and called them to let them know we were running a little late). They ended up having a fair amount of people stop by and eat during the time that we were there which wouldn't have happened if they closed early. Overall, I enjoyed the time I spent with my friends but I don't think I would go out of my way to go back. read more

My friend brought us to Lagorio's for some evening bites and beers. It's a cute spot and we grabbed some street parking before heading in. There were a bunch of bikes parked outside and they have plenty of seating inside as well as outdoors. We ended up grabbing a spot outside, but you need to head into the bar to place your orders. A few of us got food and all of us ordered drinks. When the food came out it was hot and fresh and the portions were generous, especially with the sides. The outdoor tables have fans, which is great for the summer. The staff was also really nice and made sure to check on us to see how the food was. I'm excited to try more of their menu as well as some of their specials. They all sounded great. read more

The patty is a pre-formed so in no way can I called this an award winning burger. The homemade sides more than made up for that fact. Macaroni salad was killer! Enjoyed the pickles and the chili. Best kept secret for a quick stop on the way from the Bay to Murphys. Solid food, nice people. The wait was a bit long, but we were able to sit outside on the patio and watch the grillmaster do his thing. All in all a cool, clean place with a biker touch. Love it! read more

People have been telling me forever to come here. Today I finally did and it did not disappoint! The ladies are amazing! Wow!!!! Please keep in mind this review is coming from someone who NEVER complains at restaurants. Ordered Med rare 8oz steak (which was very well done !) for $30! We waited for a good hour, It shows up on a paper plate, tiny plastic utensils a HOLE on the bottom of the plate with NO flavor on the steak except the paper plate flavor, no refills and Zero customer service!!!!!! By far the WORST restaurant experience EVER! The owner should be ashamed of herself, she needs to ask herself how do I sleep well at night charging $30 for the worst service the worst meal with NO flavor not to mention by far the worst presentation ever !!! Outrageous!!!!! Do not waste your money on this nasty place obviously the owner does not give a damn. read more

Dropped in on our way to New Melones lake. The staff was super friendly and the atmosphere was very casual. The food I had, ribeye steak sandwich, was excellent along with the beans and macaroni salad! The only negatives were the abundance of flies outside, which the really can't control. The major bone of contention for us was how long it took to get our food after we ordered. On our way up to Arnold for the weekend. We met up in Farmington right on Hwy 4. This place is the definition of a dive bar! There is one cook and one bartender/waitress. They handled everything perfectly even though it got busy! And knowing it was my birthday weekend she gave me a free birthday shot called a lemon merangue! It tasted as smelled like a piece of pie! She recommended the oysters as they are known for them. They are the biggest oysters I've ever seen and come with garlic pesto bread. Oysters were amazing, unfortunately the service was terrible. We went up to order and the lady at the bar scolded us for lining up to the left of the bar and not straight, even though there wasn't anyone at the bar and only 3 parties in line. We ordered a dozen oysters and a sandwich and the same lady told us the kitchen was backed up and it would be like a 20 minute wait. Which was fine. The oysters came out in about 20 minutes but our sandwich never came. After 50 minutes I went back in and before I could even ask how much longer, she gave me a bunch of attitude and told me that she told me it would take some time, to which I responded saying that she said it was a 20 minute wait & it's been 50 and that I just wanted to know how much longer we needed to wait. She again acted annoyed and said I'd need to wait another 20 minutes. I asked her if she could just cancel the sandwich because I had to leave soon and she sighed and made another comment about waiting. It was a bit frustrating and I totally understand a backed up kitchen but at least be kind to your customers?? read more
