I have not even one complaint about this place. Was greeted immediately by Haley and she was our server. Such a sweet gal, her attitude and service was so pleasant. Our meal was very large portions and we did not have to wait long. The patio area is pet friendly so we were able to bring our dog. Water was provided for our dog without even asking. The quality of the food was good and tasted good not too salty. The bloody mary was also good without being too spicy

We had my daughter's wedding here. Ceremony in the grass area along the river. April makes a beautiful backdrop. Reception was on the patio and we had a taco bar just as she always wanted. The service for all the wedding went off perfectly.

A must to stop by and grab a bite to eat right on the river . We've been here several times and the food and service is consistently excellent.

Southwest Salad- Dressing comes on the side.

We had an apricot beer and a lemon drop to drink. Excellent. Ordered a Wild Fire Burger and the Southwest Salad. Burger was cooked to perfection. Fixings were delicious. A tiny kick. Best burger we've ever had. Had the garlic fries as a side. Southwest salad was excellent too. I will let the photos tell the story. Service was great. Friendly and attentive employees. We were seated under a patio structure overlooking the River. The overhead fans cooled down the area. It's a beautiful setting. We recommend, this restaurant highly. The River's Edge Restaurant is like getting away without getting away. Give it a try.

Sitting area is lovely. Outdoor and fully covered. dog friendly too!

Im so excited to say they have tuna melts. it was soooo good. Im picky. Im a foodie. I was nervous to order. The server was sooo awesome and told me they just made it so it was fresh! So I went for it. I'll post pics. Very nice portion and served with your choice of salad; potato or pasta. Or fries. Have to have fries w/my tuna melts. Asked for pickles on side and got crunchy sliced dill pickles that were perfect adornment to this fresh sandwich. The view goes without saying... gorgeous. I have never seen grass grow under water before but at this restaurant. Rolls right into water. Very clean amd dog friendly which is so nice. Beautiful day and can't wait to go back!

Located in a somewhat industrial area bordering the countryside, it feels like a well-kept local secret--but judging by the crowd, the secret is definitely getting out. We arrived early and were told that the restaurant would become busy. Sure enough, within about 15 minutes, the entrance was jam-packed with people waiting for tables. We were also told that if we had waited until 11:00, we might never have gotten in! The Biscuit Basket serves breakfast and lunch only, and apparently plenty of people know to arrive early. The interior has a pleasant, country-simple décor that feels comfortable and welcoming. Even more impressive was the exceptionally friendly staff. Our server, Adrian, was personable and attentive. He checked on us several times, kept the coffee filled, and made sure the tea was taken care of. Another gentleman delivered our meals and also took time to talk with us. He asked whether we needed anything else and enthusiastically described our selections as some of their best dishes. He was not merely delivering plates--he was proud of what he was serving and continued selling the experience as he went along. The food was delicious. We had biscuits and gravy, I had an omelet, and we both had fresh fruit. Sharon particularly remarked on the quality of the fruit, and I noticed it as well. Restaurants sometimes serve fruit that is underripe or past its prime, but this appeared to have been selected carefully. Everything was fresh, properly ripe, and right on point. We also learned that the people behind the Biscuit Basket have connections to several other successful local restaurant businesses associated with Dan Costa. That experience certainly shows. From the food and service to the smallest details, everything was done exactly right. The Biscuit Basket easily earns five out of five stars--and deserves bonus credit for getting the entire experience right. It was wonderful to see a local business doing so well, and we will definitely return.

We ordered a few things such as as the duck prosciutto sandwich, raw oysters, clam chowder, and the absolute star of the show, a side of the spicy habanero garlic butter! The bread for the duck prosciutto sandwich was amazing. I just wish they put more meat and/or fixing because the sandwich was on the smaller side given the price tag. Tasty for sure, especially dipping the sandwich into the garlic butter. Oysters were super fresh, and wouldn't hesitate to order again. They have a bunch of jams and hot sauces that you can buy to take home, along with pre-packaged habanero garlic butter (which we ended up buying and have been putting on everything we've been eating). Definitely recommend picking up this butter for at-home cooking because it adds a nice layer of spice to any meal without being overly spicy. For the jams, there's so many options and the staff was kind enough to do a jam sampling with us and after tasting we ended up with a jar of their padron pepper jelly. Put it on my sandwich at home, instantly elevated it to another level. Staff from start to finish was a 10/10. Very kind, super attentive, and made us feel very welcomed. Overall, I'll definitely will be back to buy more of the spicy garlic butter and jams!

Yazmin welcomed us at the door, told us to sit wherever we would like, and there were 2 other parties seated at tables. Really cute train themed decor (including a continuous model train close to the ceilings) throughout the place. I ordered a cup of coffee and Mi Rancho (chilaquiles with choice of red or green sauce, 2 eggs how you like them, refried pinto beans and Mexican rice) with red sauce (at Yazmin's recommendation) and sunny side up eggs. My boyfriend ordered a Coke and Pancake Combo with scrambled eggs and bacon extra crispy. And we split a side order of hashbrowns with country gravy on top. The coffee was hot, tasty, and the cup was filled when it was low. The chilaquiles with red sauce was so delicious!!! The flavor was pretty close to other chilaquiles I have had around the SF Bay Area. There was an ample amount of cilantro, cotija, and crema on top. Eggs were cooked as ordered, refried beans were satisfying, and the Mexican rice was better than most I have had over the years. I was very happy! Hashbrowns with country gravy hit the spot with the potatoes having some slight excess crispiness on the edges with the extra going home for leftovers (which reheated really well in the oven). My boyfriend very much enjoyed his pancakes and scrambled eggs. But he was not familiar with this particular thicker cut of bacon, which he was not a fan of, even though they did make it extra crispy as asked. I wouldn't mind having this chilaquiles with red sauce breakfast once a week if I could! It would be nice to try some of the lunch/ dinner offerings at some point. And Yazmin was so friendly, even with the locals that would stop on in throughout the morning, which always helps for a good experience. Copper Cove Restaurant is truly a gem for Copperopolis.
