Since I had two faucets to install it cost $350 for both. I thought that price was very reasonable! The job was for replacement of an existing water heater, and Douglas was courteous and professional when explaining what they would do if we chose them to do the work. Although the replacement was preemptive and therefore not urgent, Douglas was able to schedule the job quickly. On the day of installation, he and his colleague Wilfredo arrived on time and remained professionally friendly during the installation process. The location of the water heater in our home was a bit odd, and therefore required some tricky access challenges to be addressed, which they handled adeptly. They completed the work neatly, within the time that Douglas had estimated the work would require. Lagos Plumbing even handled the county inspector appointment the next day, which was part of the quote. We were having a refrigerator installed and the delivery drivers wouldn't complete it because the water line valve was stuck. At 1230pm, we called Lagos; they said someone would come "between 1-130". When they arrived, he found it was a bit more complex than he originally thought and went to get a part. Returned fairly quickly and did the repair. He had to cut into the wall, replace a pipe, etc. I thought it was going to cost as much as the refrigerator, but it was a very fair price. I have an old late 1950s house, which still has some old cast iron pipes. The cast iron kitchen sink connection finally gave way & I needed that replaced/fixed. I called at 110pm & was told a tech would be out 2p-4p. Douglas arrived at 235pm & checked everything out. He had to make a run to Home Depot for a few things, came back & had the job done by 345pm!!! The price for the work was VERY reasonable.
