Who here has ever been fearful of their bathroom flooding or water (for whatever reason) not turning off no matter how much you turn?? Unfortunately this fear came true for us! Plumbing is something I never want to mess or have issues with but our time came for our upstairs shower. It all started with our shower/bathtub handle not turning so great. My husband figured okay let's tighten the screw so it'll grip inside better. This led to our bathtub running water for nearly an hour!!!! No matter how much we tried to turn the handle it wasn't gripping. We removed the handle and could not use any of our tools to grip the inner mechanism and then. True nightmare! We ultimately had to shut off our main water. That's when I browsed for a plumber on Yelp and within 5 minutes Iggy responded. He provided the estimated quote which we found was reasonable knowing that plumbing can easily rack up! Iggy simply asked for photos and even offered to come that same night if they had the part. What a nice experience! I called to schedule an appointment the following week, but Iggy was able to fit me into his schedule on a Saturday. He had to look high and low for an in-stock replacement tub spout in polished brass because my bathroom is that old. I had visited Home Depot and Lowe's to purchase one with zero luck. If there were 10 stars I would rate Iggy's plumbing a 10. Their prices are very reasonable. They are honest, helpful, knowledgeable and nice. We had two other plumbing companies some years back and recently also the City come out but couldn't find my home's front clean out. However Iggy's plumbing took the time and located it. Once they did, it alleviated part of the problem by not having to travel the snake from the back of the house which required further distance and previously costed more money. Wow. I am so grateful. I called at 9:00 Am and WOW same day response as mentioned. We had a small leak at the garbage disposal. Chris of Iggy's showed me photos of all the under sink issues and recommended repairs. Chris fixed all the issues to include a new garbage disposal and snaking the drain to open a clog at approximately 45-50 feet. He gave us a recommendation for ZEP a drain clog "preventative" product and an under sink mat that can catch up to 3 gallons of water for future leaks. Cleaned up and hauled away, my picky wife approved. Iggy's will be our "GO TO" Plumbers in the future as needed. read more

I contacted Iggy late Monday night, the Monday before Thanksgiving, via Yelp to say I had no hot water. I received a response from him within an hour, requesting information. He contacted me on Tuesday morning to set up an appointment to diagnose the issue. He was out to my house before 7:30 am and by 8am he had two plans of replacement or repair and due to the age of my system, I went with replacement. Iggy's was very helpful and, from what I can tell, reasonably priced and honest. My faucet somehow came off, and they replaced it. The found some additional leaks and replaced a larger section thanks to their due diligence. They even installed a better switch for my water. When I asked if other pipes should be replaced, they were honest with me and said no, although they probably could have easily said yes (I would be none the wiser, after all!).
