Every follow-up favor I threw at them got the same response "yes!". They go so far out of their way for the customer. Never seen anything like it in all my years. What stood out most was the complete lack of pressure. Chan clearly knows these carts better than the other dealers I visited, but he never used that to steer me toward a bigger sale. The only thing he seemed interested in was me ending up with the right cart, not closing a deal. I've been in sales for 15 years, and watching Chan work was a good reminder to always put the customer first. He also got me an excellent deal, and I shopped around. At one point he actually sent me to a competing dealer to make sure I didn't want an EZ-GO, which he doesn't sell, lol.
