This team is AWESOME!!! We had a weird noise coming from our back axle on our cart. The place we used to take our cart to couldn't figure out the problem (admittedly the noise happens at weird times). They thought we would have to do a major $$$ repair. Since the noise only happened when we were going slow and sometimes not at all we elected to deal with it vs. fix it. We drove past Echo Cart Services and decided to take our cart in to see if they could find the issue... 45 minute late and very very very inexpensive bill they found there were two golf balls stuck in the undercarriage. Not only did they fix the noise they improved the steering - which I didn't know was off - probably because it had gone on for so long... The shop is located in The SW a few blocks from our house so we now take the cart in for every little problem. Last time we took it in Eric looked at the battery and did something I couldn't describe. He then said it should work or bring it back next week. Sure enough it worked and he didn't charge us for the magic. read more

Called around to every golf cart dealer in the area as I was looking to upgrade the motor, controller and put a HD solenoid on my older Yamaha Drive Golf Cart. Debbie and Eric were fantastic and communicated everything throughout the process. Half the other Dealers did not even bother to return calls or emails. Anyhow we did a full DC to AC conversion to give me the quicker pickup and added torque I was looking for in my hilly neighborhood. Picked up the cart on a Wednesday afternoon and delivered it back to me Friday less than 2 full days. Came in ready to purchase a new golf cart however after having to deal with Debbie we decided to shop somewhere else. Not only did they have the Evolution cart we were looking for and their price was higher then everybody else we wanted to go with them because they were the closest dealer to us and that would have helped with future repairs if needed but her attitude made us go to another dealer(will not mention name as to not get anybody in trouble) but they were very accomodating in term of getting us a better price as well as they were very very courteous, showed us all the things our cart came with and just spent the time needed for us to feel comfortable with the sale. I would suggest if you are looking to buy a new Evolution Golf cart in orange county to simply go to any other dealer in the area outside of Echo Golf Carts as their customer service(Debbie - claimed to be the owner) is really not up to par or in alignment with how customer service should be done. Beware of this place. Do NOT buy sell or rent here. They purchased a cart from me and after two years, have not transferred title at the DMV. This places liability on drivers circumvents insurance requirements. This is a big risk to renters, buyers and sellers. They are avoiding taxes, fees and liability. Two years and repeated promises they will handle it have resulted in no action. I submitted the transfer paperwork to the dmv that was somehow circumvented. If a business can't follow through on legal paperwork, I recommend to stay away. read more

Bought a used cart and wanted to check it over. Brakes squealed a bit, but I could not get the lugs off to check/replace (?) the brakes. Called Echo, who advised me not to drive it in since I do not have plates on it; and she would feel terrible if I got a ticket. She said they'll come look at it. When they arrived without a trailer, I was perplexed. But when they opened the truck bed, it was a full mobile service truck! Jacked it up, got the frozen/rusted lug nuts with the proper tools, and cleaned the drums, took the glaze off the shoes, and lubed it up, serviced the batteries, answered all my new cart owner charging questions and off they went in less tank an hour! Best advice I can give you, USE THIS COMPANY FIRST! Echo Cart and their staff are amazing, they literally saved the day for us in a very stressful situation (found on the busiest night of the year! :-) Initially we made a mistake in calling a mobile golf cart mechanic to do a house call, he promised he would have a golf cart for us to use if he couldn't get it working by Halloween night, which was super important to us because we have my 82-year-old grandmother and my six-year-old daughter that were excited they were able to go trick-or-treating together. I couldn't go because I was on bedrest, so super important! Needless to say, the mobile mechanic called me and informed us he didn't have a golf cart for us at all, he rented them all out and the parts won't come till after Halloween. This was the night before Halloween! At this point it's Halloween and I called Echo Cart to see if they had any golf carts to rent because we were so desperate, And they were sweet enough to send over two mechanics over right away to see if they could fix our cart. They had to bring it to the shop because the mobile mechanic from the other company had left it in such a state of disarray, And totally fixed our cart and drop it off the same day, just in time for Halloween night! These guys are by far the best ever, I would never even consider going anywhere else! They are totally honest, they have major integrity and appear to be family run and operated. Debi was most considerate in scheduling an appointment as I had to travel some distance. The staff was incredible in performing the replacement of batteries, charger, and tires.
