And, she seemed irritated that I was there. For no valid reason. Next, I noticed my credit card had been charged twice! When I called to ask about them reversing one of the charges, "Diana", who also identified herself as "one of the Drs", was EXTREMELY short and rude to me. I could easily hear her sighing frustratedly into the phone and calling her computer "stupid" as she was looking up the details of my visit. She offered to mail me a check but I let her know I preferred a cc reversal to ensure my insurance wasn't being billed twice as well! When I asked about that she loudly said "You're just going to have to believe me"! I commented that she didn't need to act so short with me. They're the ones who charged me twice, right? She got unreasonably angry and loudly said, "I'm too busy for this" and HUNG UP ON ME! Very poor business acumen! I will not be returning to this business, will not be recommending this business to the many people I encounter as a neighbor of the chiropractor that moved and are looking for a new chiro to go for regular visits, am filing a complaint with BBB, alerted my insurance of potential fraud, and am disputing the duplicate cc charge.
