When I called to ask about them reversing one of the charges, "Diana", who also identified herself as "one of the Drs", was EXTREMELY short and rude to me. I could easily hear her sighing frustratedly into the phone and calling her computer "stupid" as she was looking up the details of my visit. She offered to mail me a check but I let her know I preferred a cc reversal to ensure my insurance wasn't being billed twice as well! When I asked about that she loudly said "You're just going to have to believe me"! I commented that she didn't need to act so short with me. They're the ones who charged me twice, right? She got unreasonably angry and loudly said, "I'm too busy for this" and HUNG UP ON ME! Very poor business acumen! Lelle was so friendly, has a nicely decorated room with a heated massage table that is soooo comfy, and checks in with you regarding temperature, pressure, and any medical things to take into consideration before she starts. My massage included hot stones (ahhhhhhh), heated pressure bags (yeeeeessss) and aromatic sprays (ommm) which helped create an even more relaxing atmosphere.
