Tons of parking since it used to be a drive in. It's a bit tricky to get to in the dark as it's off a side road that winds around a bit before getting to the entrance. There is a shelter which has ticket machines and staffing. Nice place to wait if it's cold, especially at 3AM. Staff has always been efficient and friendly. Appreciate this, especially again at 3AM. The bus ride in takes approximately half an hour in the middle of the night, probably a bit longer with traffic during the day. The bus stops at each Terminal starting with A. This is a great service especially if you have a super early/late flight that isn't amenable to taking the T. PS there is a discount if you book ahead on their website.

I live in Plymouth and my Lyft driver, that I reserved days before, cancelled 20 minutes before my pickup time. I frantically tried ordering Ubers and Lyfts over the course of 45 minutes and absolutely no drivers were taking my request. By that point I was already late for my flight and had to reschedule to later that morning. I then starting calling different cab services. Liberty Cab was the only company that answered the phone at 6:30 and kindly took me on as a passenger. They promptly picked me up and got me to Logan safely. I will continue to use this company since they are super reliable, excellent customer service and they have clean cars. I highly recommend them.

We looked into limos, coaches, etc...but as our wedding was at a barn (Barn at Gibbet Hill in Groton, MA) - school buses seemed fun & fitting. I e-mailed for a quote (last year), and within a day heard from Jessy. Over the weeks and months, our needs/ideas changed a little bit...and I'd discuss changes with Jessy, and same day - have a new quote. The price was MORE than fair, we were able to add gratuity right to our AmEx (one less thing to worry about), and the service was quick, efficient, 100% on-time...and certainly affordable. FYI: We got 2 buses to go from hotels to venue....then 1 bus left, and the other bus remained and did 2 round-trips back to the venue near the end / after the wedding. Weddings are a lot of work...if you need group transportation... definitely consider Local Motion - it will be one less thing to worry about, because they will take care of things without a problem, without any catches, and without any small print. Thank you Local Motion, and Jessy, for making this part of our wedding so easy to coordinate...and for a fun bus ride as a married couple :)

In a panic I tried to call but could not get through to anyone. . I never got a call to inform me they were on the way . No communication whatsoever, so I assumed they just weren't coming. Many of my guests quickly found alternate transportation . When they finally came the second bus left empty sInce the riders had already left. After the fact , when I dealt with the company they said the problem was they had used subcontractors which they had assured me that they did not use them when I signed the contract . Then they had the gall to try to charge me for the second empty bus. This is a horrible company. Go anywhere else.
