When I called I fully expected to be told that they were busy and to bring it in a week or so like I heard when I called some bike shops in Amherst. I was surprised to hear the words "bring it right in and we'll look at it in a few days." I took the short ride to Batavia to drop the bike off and when I entered the shop they seemed to know I was coming and what the problem was. When I rolled the bike in I was stunned when I was asked if I had time to hang out in Batavia as they might be able to look at it and make the repair immediately and save me a trip back to pick it up. Of course I agreed to stay in the neighborhood and when I returned to the store 45 minutes later the bike was repaired beyond my satisfaction and the price of the repair was extremely reasonable. It's official I have found my new bike repair shop thanks to the great service I received today.

I was bored, so we took a trip to one of the neatest little bicycle toy stores I think I've ever been to with new and used bicycles with time honored toys, that he knew. Fairly easy, free parking in a popular car lot across the street. Model cars and chess sets. Wagons, slot cars and Lionel train sets. Black Bart, red ryder BB guns, play-dough fun factories and all kinds of board games. It's fun just browsing around. (quite the authority on comic books too) On the bicycle end of things, they have the bits and parts that most any cyclist could need. Bicycles of all shapes and sizes. Tires hanging from the ceiling, in a classic bike shop atmosphere. Repaired and adjusted bikes crowed around the side door. The adjustment only took a few minutes as my friend and Mike commiserated while fine tuning the wheels. (he really knew what he was doing) February being a slow month in the shop, still had its share of adjusted and repaired ready to go. A good time to get in for a tune-up. Fast personalized service.

My wife bought one of the used bikes and she couldn't be happier, all the mechanics of the used bike were worked on and lubed and it might as well be new ! My bike was bought at a big box store (one of those one size fits all mongoose brands) and Chris did an excellent job recommending upgrades that can be rolled into future bikes; I'm VERY pleased with everything; much MUCH better than going to a commissioned bike shop like Berts. This was perfect for fall with all the wonderful trees changing color and crisp air. I loved being able to check out the main street and shop some. The bikes have a small area for stuff but bring a back pack if you want to do more shopping. The owner at eSkoot was really nice and prepared us well to use the scooters. He also gave us a map and explained how to get around the area well. Check this out so worth it!

Why would you go Manual?…read more Husband and I each rented one of the E-bikes the first weekend in October, 2017. I am so very glad that we rented something that was powered. It allowed us to go so much further and to see 4 x what those on the manual pedal bikes were able too. We could go virtually everywhere with these and park them anywhere. We were the envy of many pedal bikers. We had so much fun on these, that we are actually thinking of buying a set to ride around the neighborhood in. Dealing with the rental facility was also an awesome experience.

We rented a bike, from Zoom for a self-guided tour of Niagara-on-the-Lake. We only needed one bike…read moreas two of us (including me) brought our own. From the start, their custom service was outhandling. We rented the one bike for three hours (the half day rental) and we were a bit concerned that we might not be back within the three hour period because we wanted to ride as far as the falls. They said not to worry about being late with the return if needed, they are lenient. We also asked them if we could borrow a hex key to raise the handlebars on my bike. A short time later, not only did someone came out to the parking lot with a hex torque wrench, but he also made the adjustments to my handlebars. However, he found that after raising the handlebars, the brake cables would no longer reach, so we took the bike into the shop and two people started working on setting up my front brakes. After they finished, they said that the work would be no charge because we rented a bike from them, but I asked them how much this adjustment would have cost. They said about five dollars, which I thought was very reasonable. So, on my insistence, I paid the five dollars anyway because they deserved it for demonstrating good customer service, in going out of their way, and for the time they spent to adjust my bike. In addition to their excellent customer service, the bike that we rented was in excellent shape and very well maintained. The bike was a Trek hybrid bike and cost $20.00 for the three hours (we returned it on time, so we didn't test their leniency after all).

Easy to ride and safe. We got to tour 3 different wineries: Hinterbrook Estate Vineyard, between the lines and limited distillery. Owners are a friendly and easy going brother and sister duo with their cute dog. Not much of a guard dog though . Easy to pick up and drop off bikes. The owners even do a complimentary service of picking up your wines for you from the wineries so you do not have to carry them.

My bike is important to me and they understand that. The store has a great variety of bike things for sale from tubes to car carriers. They sell Jamis bikes, ebikes and always have a few used bikes. The prices are below most other bike shops. This is my go to place. I feel fortunate to have them in Niagara Falls....and close to the bike path too.

I wanted a good road bike as I have a fitness bike but have been getting into cycling and…read moretriathlons more. I went to Andy at Love and Sprockets first for a fitting. I'm an average height but have long legs for my height. Andy quickly realized this and that narrowed his recommendations down to bikes that would fit me specifically. He even recommended two models that he didn't sell. He just wanted me to get the right bike for me. After doing my research and test riding (even at his competitor's), I found the Argon bike was the best for me and bought it from Andy. He then got it all set up and did a final fitting with me too. He explained the little bit of maintenance I'd need to do as well. In the end, he spent several hours over 3 days with me and was amazing. I highly recommend him and this shop. He knows what he's talking about and works with you to find what's best for you.

Went to the Amherst store looking for an ebike. They didn't have any but checked with the Hamburg…read morestore. They had the bike I was looking and quoted us a price that seemed reasonable. We asked if the employee would let the Hamburg store know that we wanted the bike and were on our way. Drove to the Hamburg store and waited over a half hour until the employee there was done with other customers only to find out that the bike was actually more than double the price given. There was zero attempt made to honor the given price or to reach some sort of compromise. We wasted 2+ hours. Either bait and switch or total incompetence.
