My 8 year old was terrified after she was being attacked by them she's allergic. So i emailed her, only communication I have had with her and left being it was 1130 at night! We drove 4 hours home and she has zero sympathy. She said we should have phoned her at midnight.... To?? Come kill wasps with me? No thanks. I don't want to stay in any of your lodging. Scary!!! Had to leave $30 worth of groceries because we were getting wasps diving at our head. This woman is greedy. I asked her repeatably to do the right thing. Trust me when I say every single site that has the ability to leave a review for you I will. And I will dispute it with the credit card company and get ALL of my money back since you don't wish to be fair. Beware!!!!! Also cabin has ZERO cell phone signal With att and no wifi, they don't advertise that either so fyi...... Unfortunately Betsy bad customer service shows and follows you , as with these other reviews here and other places your "resort" is reviewed on the Internet. The people that work there were so freaking friendly and nice it made it so enjoyable for us. Right when we checked in they guided us to the campsite and helped us park our RV. They then gave us a lot of brochures for points of interest and attractions around the campground and even offered to build us a fire pit. Who does that?! They do because they know what hospitality is. Throughout our whole stay they checked in on us periodically to make sure we were having a good time and asked if we needed anything. This is a small campground with somewhat small campsites. There's enough room for parking large RVs, but the one thing I would say is that the campsites were a little narrow where we actually had to eat and set up a fire in front of our RV. We could not extend out the awning, but that wasn't a big deal for us. The campground was very peaceful, serene, and natural, with lots of stars out at night. The picnic tables were amazing and if any true camper knows, that is very important. They have good LTE coverage in the campground, but their Wi-Fi is slow. It works, but it's slow. Again if you have a good mobile phone carrier the LTE coverage is good. One crazy thing about this place, and I mean this in a good way, is that they have canoes and kayaks you can borrow.All you have to do is request a day and a time and a location and they will bring the canoes and kayaks out to you and then you can paddle around one of Northwest Arkansas's beautiful lakes. That was a game changer for us because we had kids who love to swim and paddle and this made the experience even better. I highly highly recommend this place for a camping trip in Northwest Arkansas. It was a great location, central to a lot of points of interest in attractions and the people there were so so so friendly.

My wife really enjoyed the hot tub along with the peace and quiet that comes from being in a treehouse away from the road and behind some of their cottages. There is definitely plenty to do in the area! We stayed for a fall weekend in cabin 3, which was nice and clean. There were 2 king beds, one in the loft and one in a separate bedroom downstairs. There was an Eden air portable heater that did a fantastic job adding supplemental heat, and a box fan if needed. There was a nice fireplace with wood provided. There was also a heating and cooling unit in the main room. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, coffee, coffee grinder, coffee maker, and some spices. The bathroom was a great size with a little shower and a nice big Jacuzzi tub, which we definitely took advantage of! It was well stocked with towels, washcloths, bar soap, and soap/shampoo in the shower. There was a fantastic deck out back with plenty of seating and a great view to the great outdoors. Each cabin had a picnic table and small grill outside. There was a nice large fire pit area with plenty of seating in the center of the shared space, and the pool looks like a delightful place to spend time in the summer. We could not have asked for a better host! Sheryl was very welcoming and willing to help us figure out things to do in the area that fit our interests.
