I walked in at 11:50-51, I'll throw myself under the bus because I parked at 11:50 & by the time I walked in, spoke to the front desk rep giving her my name & appt time, it probably was 11:51. Idk silly to me that they can't accommodate that considering other locations give 9 minutes. I think the annoying part about all of this is I've waited well over 10 minutes at this location before to get services but 1 minute past their grace period is where they draw the line.
