I was ultimately rejected without a clear explanation despite meeting the advertised qualifications. I spoke to 2 different leasing agents, one of which was extremely disrespectful on the phone, and neither one of them communicated with each other about my application. The lack of professionalism from the leasing staff made what should have been a straightforward application and move-in process unnecessarily frustrating and stressful. Don't even bother applying, it's just their way of stealing an application fee from as many people as they can.

Taped up wiring running thru the woods laying on the ground. My power box fell off the pole. The camp ground is very dirty and not well kept. A lot of power drinking goes on. Unsafe areas that kids can fall into right on the main road at the bridge. Tried to contact Miranda and Brian Schaper several times by e mail with no answer. I was trying to get a partial refund of my $2200.00 I spent for the season. Just silence so far. Will keep you posted if things change. Then she only wants to reach out when she has questions, not answer yours. She also told me that I was not to pay for the inspections after I paid for my home inspections. That part of my agreement was for them to pay that so we waited until after my close date for the sellers to pay for it. Now I'm being stuck with the bill and I'm just going ahead and eating the cost after her not wanting to really do much about it. The cherry on top was the lockbox with the combination she failed to remove and a third party came by without my consent and took it off and she had the nerve to blow me up about it. Mainteance responds quickly to address issues in the apartments. As previously stated a quiet, safe( new lighting in parking lot), new security door, walkways are always shoveled and salted early in the morning even through the artic cold spell we had in Dec. I want to especially acknowledge the mainteance team at Creekside for always being professional and curteous. I had experienced some heating issues on Dec. 22 and over the holidays--of course --during the artic blast. I was not the happiest person and not the nicest to the mainteance crew who were doing their best to correct the heating issues. But they always remained curteous / professional as well as management towards me and did resolve the heating issues in the apartment. To me as a renter this says alot about the personel of this apartment community. THEY REALLY DO CARE ABOUT THE RESIDENTS AND PROVIDE GREAT SERVICE DURING TRYING TIMES. This is truly a great community to live in because of the professionalism/courtesy of management/mainteance team.

This is absolutely crazy! Not only was every room in our apt. covered with either furniture or a large area rug but we also took our shoes off at the door. There was not one spot nor stain on the carpet, nor was there ever an accident from our pet. I understand that carpets should be cleaned between tenants, but wouldn't that come from the pet deposit, especially if the carpet looked as if no one had ever lived there. Very disappointed, large complexes will almost always find any loop hole to keep any and all extra money.
