Flemming's prices, not quite Golden Corral quality and selection. I get it was a holiday, but come on now! I've paid less for high end buffets at casinos. So why did more than 200 people get to check in and head up to their rooms while I was waiting? I asked when the room would be ready, and was told it would be a minimum of another half hour, or I could accept a down grade (for the same price of the suite I reserved) I asked if I could be assigned the room and have the room serviced while I was unpacking, "that isn't allowed" So after a 4 hour drive to get there, they forced me to drive another 4 hours home because they couldn't provide me a room within 2 hours of their promised check in time If you can't operate a simple hotel in Detroit, just shut down
