Usually the service is good. I usually tip the guy that actually washes my vehicle before it goes thru the car wash. He does a great job.

My truck sat for almost 15 minutes at the entrance, they couldn't figure out how to get the car wash running. When they finally did, I only got the first set of brushes and clear water. I paid $42 for the full service and didn't get soap, wax, or the other three sets of brushes or the clear rinse. They pulled it out to vacuum out the inside as if it was washed. I stopped them and requested a refund. I highly recommend you find a different car wash! read more

We got 25$ outside wash few minutes ago... car wasn't clean at all! My 1 year old nephew would've done it better. I would never recommend this place to anyone! Please don't go there! I'm not satisfied customer. Never coming back again. Guy used same towel all around the car, and kept touching car with his hands without gloves left finger prints. read more

Not the greatest wash but it did look a lot better than it did. The price wasn't too bad so it has that going for it. If you want a detailed wash there are places around but you're gonna pay for it. It's not a true hand wash for you go through an automatic soft touch bay which is why spots get missed. read more

I feel as if I've been raped. Do Not Go Here!!! I paid $170 for a detail, smell remover, carpet and seats to be shampooed- left it for 24 hours for all the work to be completed. The seats had a coating of some sort of green Dust all over it when I moved my hand over surface; dirt was still visible where it was not even touched- arm rest on back was still dirty; carpets On floor looked as though they hadn't been touched at all: I asked for the mgr- left waiting on hot sun for 15 mins before I went back to get another worker to speak to me. That person said that he would refund my money, however only given $50 back- they made me pay for a half done job, then had the nerve to tell me I was not welcome back at their car wash. read more

The service and quality has gone downhill drastically recently. I had (still have, apparently) a monthly membership for my and my wife's cars. I tried several times to get it cancelled, but each time I had to wait for a manager or owner to call me back. Finally, I was told that it was cancelled - probably to shut me up. So, I eagerly went less than a mile up the road to Tidal Wave (exceptional 5 star business) to get a membership with them, since I was free of this place. Well, guess what? I open my bank app and...I was charged my monthly fee. Ridiculous. I'd give negative stars if it was an option. I don't know why anyone wouldn't make the switch to Tidal Wave. Much better service, much better quality. Less than a mile away. read more

This is a TRUE STATEMENT... and it is NOT said out of anger. I was just there on Mon. An absolutely BAD BAD BAD experience. If you want to have to make repairs to you vehicle, just go thru Lake Lanier Car Wash. It LITERALLY tore the side piece attached to my window straight off. The attendant detailed every inch of the interior of my Patriot, including raising seats, targeting crevices, and removing food sluge hidden out of view. There is a new car wash just up the road and I'd suggest you use it instead. There is no management on site ever. Twice now I've had very bad experiences. Slow to non existent service. Lots of people just standing around. They move cars to the front of the line for no apparent reason. Not worth the legitimate hour and a half you'll waste here. Go elsewhere read more

I started with these folks a few years ago. The quality has gone down hill. I sit in line waiting my turn and no two vehicles were done the same. They only pre sprayed one side of my truck. I just tried, for the 4th time to cancel my automatic payment and no one has helped me yet. I would not recommend this place to anyone. read more

Absolutely amazing! my whole family comes here to get car washes and inside clean! My car looks brand new! they clean the tires VERY WELL

I had my oil changed a while back and because it took so long I was told I could come back with their rain check for my car wash. Upon getting the complete car wash the interior of the car looked as if it was hardly touched and even though I requested to pay extra to restore my headlights, the place simply scratched up my bumper with their buffer. When I spoke to the owner about this he was rude and essentially insisted that I was trying to take advantage of him and told me that I was lying and that it was not possible that his employees had scratched up my bumper based on the supplies that they used. I showed the owner my headlights and my bumper where you can clearly see that: based on their buffer use they scratched all around the headlights and YET the headlights were no better than they had looked prior to me paying extra to get them clearer. So not only did I waste my money on all of these things the owner also would do nothing about the poor quality of the work nor would he compensate me for the damage his staff did to my bumper. I suppose I will have to get a lawyer. read more

Unless I'm completely wrong, I THOUGHT that I would get the tire shine with a $10 car wash, and I THOUGHT the vacuums were free when you bought a $10 car wash! But, yesterday at 4:00 p.m., after my car was cleaned, I pulled into their vacuums and they weren't working! There was no sign that said out of order. Also, when I got home, I noticed I DIDN'T get any tire shine I just think Lake Lanier carwash should 'step up', because a new car wash is opening a 1/2 mile down the street! read more

I had an oil change and it was raining out. I got a rain check to come back. I finally went today for my wash. I went through the Carwash. We then pulled up and a worker asked if we were doing to free vacuum or parking and having them do it. We pulled up and parked then, went inside. I explored the worker at the counter that we had a rain check. I asked if I needed to pay extra for them to clean the inside. The worker told me no. I then proceeded to run my card to get cash back so I could tip the workers. We waited 45 mins inside. Nobody, called us. We were ok because they did have a cute kid table with coloring books that helped with the wait. I finally asked the worker how much longer and he told me my car had been done and he called for me. That was a lie and nobody called us. Either way we get in the car and I see it was vacuumed but NOTHING else. After I tipped them really well nothing was done that I requested. We will not be going back there. I had to vacuum my cup holders and the inside of my car. I had to wipe down everything inside my whole car. The side mirrors dried with water spots coving them. I had to do my own tire shine as well when I got home. What was the point of the $80.00 oil change and Carwash plus the tips if I have to clean myself. I would like to share a very positive experience I recently had with this business. I am a returning customer who regularly gets my truck hand washed here. In the fall of last year I had them change the oil and fuel filter in my F250 diesel. Fast forward to earlier this month when I went to the ford dealership for another fuel filter change and it was brought to my attention that the fuel pump had been broken off of the fire wall and was zip tied in place. The mechanic quickly came to the conclusion that the last place I had the fuel pump changed must have broken it and attempted to hide the damages. The dealership had to replace the fuel pump at a cost of over $600. I brought the broken fuel pump, photos of the fuel pump lodged in the truck and the receipt for the repairs to the car wash and presented my case to the manager. Within 5 days they reimbursed me the cost of the fuel pump and apologized for the mechanics actions (he was no longer employed there). I commend them for doing the right thing and making a bad situation good. They have earned my future business. read more

This place has got careless! After paying for a $75 oil change that comes with car wash, they proceeded to run my truck through car wash with the windows down. It soaked my laptop, ruined my blueprints, and soaked the entire inside of my truck. I had 2 workers laughing as I was drying my laptop off, one saying that is f'd up. The manager, Brook, came out about 10 minutes later, very unprofessional. Asked me if I wanted a free car wash for the inconvenience. Not one of them offered to help me dry anything off. Last time I was there, they lost my antenna for my truck when they took it off for wash, then told me it wasn't there before. I had to go buy another one. This place has gone way down hill. Had one of the wifes windows re-tinted and they didn't remove all the window film at the bottom of the glass and tinted over it, rather than instantly re-doing it the manager Brook Brady passed it off stating well get it next time, never happened okay no big deal. Recently had the oil changed on my wifes pathfinder they overfilled the oil almost a QUART and it blew the cam position timing sensor in the oil channel and blew out the passenger side valves cover gasket, I ask him about it "oh well bring it by we'll drain some of the oil out". I'm stuck with the repair bills on that... I've known the manager Brook Brady for some time and considered him a friend, the other night i get a text on my cell while I'm in bed about to go to sleep, a photo of his beer cooler stand, I joke about the invention of the refrigerator and he tells me F*C K Y0U?!?! REALLY??? Then I ask him if he would like me to stop by so he can try this and of course he blocks me, won't answer my calls... But what did I expect anyone can disrespect you hiding behind a keyboard... I guess a business is only as good as the management running it and in this case I would recommend running and staying away from Lanier Car Wash Lube & Tint. read more

Dropped off my SUV today for a full detail (wash, hand wax, etc.) The inside was mostly clean & shiny. I found 3 candy wrappers that were missed. The tires were shiny. However, they did not wax my car. If they did, there is no way it was hand waxed as I requested and paid for. Unfortunately, I did not inspect the car when I picked it up. I would have brought it to their attention if I had. I noticed it once I got home. There are still bugs all over the grill & side mirrors. There is dirt and water spots on the hood. The back window still shows the salt deposits from where we were at the beach this past week. The surface of the car does not feel smooth the way it should after being waxed. $75 for basically having the inside cleaned. Now, I have to go outside and rewash my SUV & wax it myself. Owners, I am not interested in an apology, a refund or a redo. You should do a good job the first time. There is too much competition in this area for me to give you a second chance.
