They were great. Got a quote quickly and it was very competitive. They came out and did a full tear off and replacement in a day and half. Also the owner, Al, came out to personally look at it while his crew was working and made sure he came and talked to me so that he knew for sure I was happy with the work. What impressed me the most is he saw something that his crew did on the roof that wasn't good quality so he made them redo it the right way. He could have left it that way and I wouldn't have known. But he made sure it was done right. It seems to me that this company really cares about quality! I would definitely recommend these guys. The only negative I can say as of now is we have found a lot of roofing nails, especially in our garage area. But it still doesn't take away from the 5 star service. read more

Working with Kari and Al on the installation of our new roof was great. We had issues with water getting into the wall in our garage and after about two seconds during our initial consultation, Al told me exactly how his team would fix the problem. During that initial walk around, we discussed some other small issues that we've had and also came to a quick resolution on those such as sealing areas where bats had previously entered. He threw some more work at his guys but definitely made a happy customer out of me. His crew arrived promptly, ready to work at 7am and they had my large & rather complex roof done at roughly 830pm that same day. Plywood boards were placed around my home to avoid any broken windows or sliding glass door walls. A wonderful addition to their service is the fact that they update photos on a webpage through the project that you are able to view as they're posted. They worked diligently on post-job cleanup and walked my yard multiple times to pick up any nails and debris - of course there were some left but that's unavoidable. We did have a spotlight get broken and we also had some minor damage on part of our eaves where the large plywood piece had gone up against. Both of these issues were resolved as promptly as they occurred. Al was back the next day to walk around and get everything fixed. If you're looking for a company who will give you the best price, do the work in a timeframe that works for you, resolve any issues that arise and pull out all the stops to ensure your satisfaction then this is who you need to be calling. read more
