Living in Reno, this has become my favorite way to spend time on the lake and when guests visit in the summer months, I have been taking them on this cruise. I've experienced the Mimosa Cruise and they are great at making sure your cup is constantly refreshed. The charcuterie board was very minimal and basic so I suggest eating before or bringing snacks with you to absorb the mimosas. I have also experienced the live music cruise but 10 min before boarding, I received a text saying the musician had double booked so there would be no live music and they offered $20 a person refund which to me seemed a bit ridiculous since the whole purpose of the live music cruise is live music. I felt like a better refund should have been offered or a coupon for 50% off the next cruise. The captain is a lively man and the two women who help steer the boat and serve drinks are great and a lot of fun. I will add that I before purchasing tickets for the first time, I called and left a message because I wanted to verify where the pickup location would be but no one called me back. Also, though I have fun on the cruise and plan to go again, I am a bit worried about the communication and policy of this company after reading other reviews that their cruise was canceled and they had a hard time getting refunded especially after my experience of no live music on a live music cruise and being told last minute and only receiving a small refund.

They gave us a breakdown on how to handle the boards and what to do and not to do then sent us on our way. The shop is not right on the launch but its walking distance and you do have to carry your board to the launch and back after so be prepared for that, once they seen me they did come to help me carry it the rest of the way, they also have dry bags to keep your stuff dry and I would definitely reccomend that as the water was choppy when we went so we got way more wet than when I go in the river back home. We had a blast and pull reccomend supporting them for your day at Kings Beach!

Online booking was easy. I've posted a picture of the pricing. My group of four came in early may which is not peak season so we got two paddle boards and a double kayak easily. Michael by the beach front was great, he set us up, gave us some instructions and told us about the scenery so we could plan our time accordingly. We had a great time paddling Lake Tahoe and there weren't too many people on the lake. We basically had it to ourselves. We took pictures by the rocks that Michael suggested, it was gorgeous. Very serene and beautiful experience.
