The doctor had an amazing bedside manner. She was gentle, professional, and genuinely kind, which made the whole experience comfortable from start to finish. The office itself was spotless and beautifully styled. I especially loved the framed macramé Ojo behind the reception area. Such a unique touch. Both techs were fantastic. My husband and I honestly had a blast with them. Super friendly, easygoing, and they made the entire process feel fun instead of clinical. We also recently moved, and the techs here took the time to explain materials and add-ons in a way that actually made sense. In over 20 years of wearing glasses, no other place has ever broken it down for us like that. When I mentioned how much I loved their frame selection, they shared that their manager personally curates all the brands. You can tell, because the selection is . I ended up with stunning Gucci frames, and my husband picked out matte black Spy glasses that are nerdy in the best way but still totally manly. Perfect upgrade for him. But after 30 minutes the doctor comes out and asked who I was and the said to the receptionost why didn't you come get me and that she'll see me right now. Meaning the receptionist did it out of spite. Also speaking on the phone they are just as rude and argued with me telling me I have to make an appointment for my contacts even though I got a text saying they are ready to be picked up.
