Arrived at 7:20, one other customer in waiting area, was informed that a service advisor would be with me soon. Over an hour later, he came over and introduced himself. An hour and a half later after that my car was ready, they had disconnected the battery and changed the fuse. Work was done, I was free to go. Service department needs to manage appointments better and prioritize work load much more efficiently.
