When customers walk in, the employees rarely acknowledge or greet them. A simple "hello" or "welcome" goes a long way in making people feel appreciated. The menu has also become much smaller compared to when the business first opened, leaving fewer options to choose from. More disappointing, the portion sizes have recently been reduced. We were told that employees were instructed to serve smaller portions. Meals are now packed in a three-compartment to-go container, with the main entrée placed in the smallest compartment while the largest section is filled with rice and beans. Customers are paying for the entrée, not a container mostly filled with side dishes. This restaurant used to be our go-to place for takeout, but after today's experience, that has changed. Sadly, they lost the business of four customers today. We sincerely hope management takes customer feedback seriously and works to improve the service, menu, and value before more loyal customers decide to go elsewhere.
