My family and I tried LCB for dinner the other night. It is a mixed review. The service was good. The ambience is lovely, but some of the choices are questionable. The water pitcher placed on the table sweats incredibly bad and makes a huge water puddle on the table, if you have ice in the pitcher, due to the small opening and even the poor spout shape, the ice blocks everything and you make a huge mess. so ask for your water no ice. We did a shrimp appetizer. It was small but good so if there's multiple people in your party, keep that in mind. My husband did the fish tacos and the fish, when he could taste it, tasted good, but the mango salsa was so much that the sweetness kind of overpowered the fish. My son had the churrasco plate, the steak was cooked perfectly and was tender, very flavorful . The rice that was on the plate had no flavor, it just tasted like plain white rice and the carrots some were mushy some crunchy not sure how that works. I had the pasta de la conche, and it was very good. The scallops and shrimp were cooked perfectly, the pasta flavor was lacking any brightness, was creamy and tasty just lacking. I used my husband's lemon and it helped brighten it, but it was still missing something, don't get me wrong. It had very good flavor. We will probably give it some time for this place to settle in and then we will try it again.. the location in the Krate is still a favorite so I have high hopes for this place.

Amazing atmosphere, service and food. So glad that LCB has opened up at the new Hub at Lexington

First visit... Finally! This place is hidden way back by the sports complex. They have a lot of…read moreadult beverages to choose from including hard liquor. For example they offer three different kinds of vodka with Tito's being one of them. It's on the fourth floor of the hotel with a view of the western sky for sunsets along with the sports fields. We kiddingly said parents could sit up here with alcohol in hand and cheer on their kids way below on the field. Seating: inside they have bar seating with about seven chairs. There is a single TV at the far left of the bar (see pic), so this is not ideal to watch sports on TV. No sound or closed caption. Outside it is just plain hot this time of year until the sun goes down. They have fans but for some reason they weren't on and the temp was 95. There were a couple people sitting outside but they didn't last long. Around sunset I'm sure this is the place to be. There are multiple sofas and areas to sit outside. Also a large Jenga stacking block game is available to play. There are at least two larger TVs outside. The parking lot indicates parking should be paid for. There are numerous signs with giant QR codes to do this. Since we were only there for an hour to grab a single drink we didn't pay for parking. When there are large tournaments going on at the neighboring sports complex I'm sure the hotel does a better job at patrolling who parks at the hotel and maybe then expects parking to be paid for. Drinks: happy hour is from 5p (when they open) to 7p. There is no happy hour menu (this would be a suggestion to make things easier on both the bartender and the customer). We were there at happy hour so took advantage of $8 white sangria and $8 cranberry with house vodka. They also give 10% off to locals. They normally have cards they provide for future use, but the bartender indicated they ran out and were on order. Food: There is a few food choices, including a smash burger and appetizers. They also had a couple cake slices on special. We didn't eat so can't speak to quality or time before ready. Service was average. There was only one bartender at 5:30p on a Wednesday with no sports going on at the complex. We got our drinks fairly quickly. They were tasty but served in small cocktail glasses and not much alcohol. For happy hour discounted pricing this is commonplace. I will be back to try it again, hopefully for a sunset this time!

The staff was wonderful and super helpful in helping us decide what to order - what to customize to our liking etc. What we ordered: - Biscoff crepes - came with bananas which was THE perfect addition/pairing - BLT avocado omelette w/ hash browns - immaculate all around & loved the hash browns (not usually a fan) - Biscuits & gravy - THIS IS A MUST - Buffalo chicken wrap w/ fries - I wish I added avocado that's my only note (avocado addict) - they have homemade ranch which pairs so well - Hot honey chicken bfast burrito w/ fries (perfect amount of spice - sweet savory combo I crave nonstop) - Fresh squeezed orange juice (healed something in) Everything was genuinely a 10/10. They do not miss here. It reminded me of a New Jersey diner vibe up north. I will be back again & again!!

Delicious food with a lively atmosphere and welcoming staff - what more could you ask for?…read more I visited Oak and Ola for a birthday dinner and had an amazing time. Rather than trying to search for parking, we just paid $20 for the lot right nearby and it worked out great for us. We had a large group and our waiter, Zachary, was amazing. He had plenty of recommendations, anecdotes, stories, and jokes to keep everyone happy and full. He was definitely a highlight for all of us. We had a variety of drinks, and everyone thoroughly enjoyed them. I had the Sacred Empress and was so impressed with the balance of flavors - mostly sweet with a slight punch from the serrano cilantro simple syrup. It sounds funky but trust me on this! We also split a bottle of the Lagar De Costa Albariño, at the recommendation of our waiter, and we all loved it. For food, we started with the Lobster Ravioli, Truffle Frites, Crispy Pork Belly Bites, Crunch Love Caesar Salad, and Olives. All were devoured and I think the crowd favorites were the Lobster Ravioli (though expensive, $26 for 3) and the Pork Belly Bites. For mains, most people tended to get either the Steak Frites or the Gulf Fish Amandine (which was snapper). My steak and another at the table were both way overcooked on the first go around but they very quickly remade them (and the fries) and got them back to us in 5 minutes, perfectly cooked. It was a delicious and filling dish. The Gulf Fish Amandine was also really tasty, but it felt like it was missing something like a starch. It's a very simple and classic dish. The Pork Chop was also well loved amongst the table and many people wished they got it after trying a bite! For dessert, you absolutely have to get the Toffee Cake - it was everyone's favorite dessert. Super soft, warm, and comforting, plus that vanilla ice cream just took it to another level. We also enjoyed the Chocolate Mousse, and the free birthday dessert they kindly brought out for us. Overall, the restaurant is fun and lively, with an eclectic feel in the mismatched dining sets and decor. I really loved how it felt. It's definitely a nicer spot for a date or celebration, but worth it!

Definitely a great tasting and unique. Roasted golden beets were great, tortellini were amazing, yakitori chicken was exceptional. I think our favorite was garbanzo croquettes. Definitely a great place to be. The quality and creativity is amazing, I think it's definitely one of the best restaurants in Tampa Bay.
