I had FREE xrays according to the Hudson office front desk girl, and my insurance company paid them their portion of it anyway. Then to top it off I received a call from the Spring Hill location saying I still had to pay for the anesthesia on a cancelled appointment. The only answer I kept getting is, "well according to our office procedure"..blah blah blah. To add one good thing, Dr. Wade was very nice and personable. So if you don't care about paying for services that are covered, choose to see him. But definitely pay with a credit card so when you have to get refunded you can always contact the bank to charge them back.

I paid the full amount a few thousand dollars, through Cherry Financing, which meant the dental office was paid in full upfront, and I made my payments to Cherry. I want to point out that the doctor himself is very friendly and professional. However, I was repeatedly told by the office staff that the doctor is not in charge of pricing, billing, or deciding what is or is not covered under the treatment plan. That made it very frustrating because even if the doctor discussed my treatment with me, the office staff claimed his decisions did not determine what I would ultimately be charged. Halfway through my treatment, the office staff--who, unfortunately, were often dismissive and belittling--told me I owed additional money because the doctor had performed extra work. While the doctor did mention he would be doing an additional step, he never told me there would be an extra charge. If I had known beforehand, I could have made an informed decision. When I questioned the charge, the attitude toward me changed completely. Even the office manager, who had always greeted me before, stopped acknowledging me when I came in. Eventually, we reached a compromise where I paid only a percentage of the additional charge since I had never been informed of the extra cost in advance. To make matters worse, my final deep cleaning was never completed because the office claimed it was not included in my original treatment plan and that I would have to pay out of pocket. I showed them the original treatment plan, which I believed supported my understanding, but they still refused to complete the treatment without additional payment. My experience taught me to get every detail in writing and to ask specifically whether any part of your treatment could result in additional charges. The doctor was always kind, but the billing practices and the way I was treated by the office staff after questioning unexpected charges left me very disappointed.

Over $57 that I tried to pay twice and was told I had no balance due. I went ahead and paid it plus the $14 extra that was charged for it going to collections. The staff spent more time laughing, being loud, and socializing instead of helping patients or staying on schedule. No one seemed focused on patient care or communication. It's easy to see why this place has such low ratings already. I would never recommend this office to anyone looking for reliable dental care.
