I was there for 7 and a half hours and ordered a CT with no additional treatment. He referred me to the Iowa Clinic ENT and never sent the referral so I had to calll for follow up. It was an additional 4 days before getting seen. Worst experience ever!!

Even though it wore off before pushing, everything went smoothly and went very well, I couldn't have asked for better people! We had the option to leave the day of, but we were so comfortable we stayed an extra day, and thank goodness we did because they gave us so much useful information we didn't even think to ask. A week later we decided to take him into the ER, and it turned out to be Appendicitis-surgery immediately. Again, I understand that Urgent Care centers have limitations on their abilities. Dr. Jawa and his staff are no exception. When appropriate he would talk to her person to person, not always just doctor to patient. We really appreciated that. Her diagnose and treatments brought my mom (and myself) in contact with many different doctors and healthcare professionals. We always felt heard and found that so many of them would take ample amount of time to answer any questions. I know some days were extremely tough for my mom but I personally witnessed true professionalism with a perfect amount of humanization. In addition, medically I feel like they have taken great care of my mom and her cancer is now gone! We can't thank John Stoddard enough.
