I've had an issue once with the polish and after calling to let them know, they were immediately helpful in fixing the issue. I can tell that they do their best. All services are clearly stated on their TVs that display all the services they offer at the salon. They now offer eyelash extensions, permanent makeup, facials, etc! Don't bother going here if you make an appointment because they will constantly call you to ask if you can push back because they're running behind. Maybe you need to have better late policies in place for people who don't come to their appointment on time because that always seems to be the excuse. Better yet stop taking walk ins. They prioritize walk ins over their appointments. One time I was the first appointment of the day and was 5 minutes early and somehow still had to wait because someone walked in and wanted a service done and my tech took him. Please explain how that is good business? The salon is clean but their customer service is lacking. I'm sure Evie will respond to this review saying I never spoke up but I did to whichever person was working the front that time. I did voice how frustrating it is to be pushed back because I have an appointment at said time I expect to be seen in a timely manner not 30 min to 1 hour later each time when I have other things to do.
